ATMA 2017 – The registration process for All India Management Schools (AIMS) Test for Management Admission (ATMA) has commenced. AIMS issued the ATMA June 2017 application form on May 29, while the end date to apply is June 18. The application form for ATMA June is available in online as well as offline mode. To apply online, aspirants can click on the link provided in this page. Various designated centres are located across the nation to obtain the offline application form. Before filling in the application form, candidates are advised to check the eligibility norms of the test. If they fail to meet any of the eligibility criteria, then they will be disqualified on or before the counselling. Before applying for ATMA 2017, all the candidates must go through the eligibility norms and should apply only after ensuring that they meet the same. The eligibility criteria of ATMA 2017 is as follow –
- Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline or should have passed any equivalent exam from a recognized University or Institute.
- Candidate still pursuing the final year of his/her Bachelor Degree can also apply.
- No age restriction is there.
Interested and eligible candidates, in order to appear for ATMA 2017 must fill and submit the ATMA 2017 Application Form. The candidates can either choose the online or offline mode to apply for the test. The ATMA Application Form is available online on the official website of ATMA-AIMS, however, they can easily obtain the form by accessing the link given above. The candidates will firstly be required to get themselves registered and acquire PID & password, then fill in the Application Form. The candidates opting for Online Registration are required to make online payment of the requisite application fee.
The candidates opting for the offline mode to apply can purchase the ATMA Bulletins from the ATMA Admission Centre on paying the application fee either in cash or DD. Such candidates will have to fill in the ATMA Application Form in their handwriting and submit the duly filled form at the ATMA office.
Registration Fee for ATMA 2017
The candidates opting for the online mode to apply are required to pay the requisite fee online only, either through NEFT or Net Banking. The candidates opting for the offline mode will have to pay the application fee via cash or DD. The ATMA Application Fee is non-refundable in nature and candidates must make sure that they pay the application fees within the prescribed time duration. The Application Fee amount is as follow –

ATMA Test Centres 2017
ATMA 2017 for June 2017 session was held in online mode across 30 cities of India like Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune etc. The name and complete details of the allotted exam centre were mentioned on the admit card of the candidates. On the day of the test, the candidates must make sure that they carry the admit card to the exam hall. Also, the candidates must not carry any valuable items, a piece of paper, mobile phones, electronic devices with a radio transmitter, etc. inside the exam hall.
Admit Card is a document that had to be carried to the examination centre by every candidate for appearing in the ATMA 2017. The ATMA admit card is issued only to those candidates, whose applications would have been received on time by AIMS. The candidates can download their ATMA June 2017 admit card online from June 22, 2017. For seeking entry into the test centre, the candidates must carry the admit card. The candidates were also required to paste their recent passport size photograph on the downloaded admit card to be carried to the allocated test centre.
- The admit card was not made available to any candidate through post or email.
- Also, no entry was allowed into the test centre without furnishing the valid ATMA 2017 Admit Card.
A total of 180 questions were asked in ATMA 2017 and all these were based on MCQ format. There were 6 sections in the paper, comprising of 30 questions each. The table below gives a clear idea about these 6 sections. The duration of ATMA-AIMS 2017 was 180 minutes, i.e. 03 hours.

Each question will have 4 options and the candidate will be required to mark one correct answer out of these 4 options. Every correct answer given by the candidate will fetch him/her 1 mark each whereas 1/3rd mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The applicants are advised to check the syllabus for ATMA 2017, to be familiar with the various topics and sub-topics of the test. Also, with the help of the syllabus, the candidates won’t be wasting time preparing for unnecessary topics. There is no definite syllabus for ATMA, however, the questions in the test will be based on 3 topics, which are Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills and Quantitative Skills.
The result of ATMA 2017 has been announced on June 29, 2017. The scorecard furnishing the result of the candidates is available online for the candidates to check and download. To access the result, the candidates can click on the appropriate link given on this page and log in by entering their PID and Password. The ATMA PID and Password were generated during the registration process. The exam authority won’t be sending any hard copy of the ATMA Score Card 2017 via post, email or courier.
With the announcement of the result, the various participating institutes will be releasing their cutoff marks. To be eligible for the pre-admission processes, the candidates must score equal to or more than the cutoff marks. However, the candidates must note that the cutoff marks will vary from institute to institute. It is expected that the cutoff marks will remain similar to that of last year.
More than 100 Management Institutes will be accepting the ATMA score for this session.After the announcement of the result, these participating institutes will be announcing their cutoff scores. Each Institute will have their own cutoff scores, sectional scores, aggregate scores, etc. on which the candidates will be shortlisted for the pre-admission rounds. ATMA is conducted 4 times in a year by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for the intake of the candidates into participating institutes. For appearing in ATMA 2017 exam, the candidates do not require any specific prior knowledge of business or other subject areas nor does ATMA seeks to measure achievement in any particular subject area. ATMA test has been designed to evaluate the candidate’s aptitude for higher management education.
