KMAT 2016 – The result for Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT), held on September 11, 2016 has been released. The result is available online, however, the candidates can click on the appropriate link provided in the article. The test was conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate College, Association (KPPGCA) for admission into the various management programmes of the participating Institutes. All the candidates interested in taking this test must make sure that the below mentioned eligibility criteria is met by them, before filling the application form. Failure in not meeting these will lead to disqualification of candidature. The eligibility norms of KMAT 2016 are as follow –
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized state/central institute/university.
- This degree must have been passed with at least 50% aggregate marks.
The registration for KMAT can be done via both offline and online mode. To access the application form online, the candidates can click on the link provided above. On accessing the form, the candidates are required to fill in the required details and pay a fee of Rs. 1000/- via a Demand Draft. However, the candidates are required to read all the necessary instructions and criteria before filling up the application form. The candidates are advised to keep a copy of the KMAT Application Form for any future reference.
KMAT 2016 Application Fee
To register for the test, the candidates will be required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/-. This fee is non-refundable and can be paid through demand draft. The DD must be drawn in favor of “KMAT 2016” payable at Bangalore.
KMAT 2016 Exam Centres
The test will be held at 6 test centres in the state of Karnataka. The candidates are required to fill the test city in the application form. Having an understanding of the exam pattern helps in preparing a strategy of attempting the question paper. The paper will have 120 objective type questions. There shall be 3 sections in the test. The admit card for KMAT 2016 has been released and is available online on the official website of the exam. Candidates can also access the admit card by clicking on the appropriate link provided above. To download their admit card, the candidates are required to log into their accounts on the official website. The admit card is an important document and must be produced in the exam hall to seek entry. If candidates are unable to produce the admit card, then they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Also, the candidates must bring in their photo ID proof to the exam hall.
The result will furnish the percentile obtained by the candidates. The result will be announced online and will be published at the official website of KMAT. Also, the score cards will be sent via post at the registered address of all the candidates. In case the candidates don’t receive the score card within 15 days from the announcement of result, he/she must contact the KMAT office. The duplicate score card can be obtained on payment of Rs. 250/-. The KMAT 2016 Score will remain valid for only a year.
