The aspirants interested in pursuing PGDM-C from MICA must ensure that they are aware of the important and also keep track of them regularly so that no deadline is missed. MICAT is a compulsory entrance test which must be taken by every candidate irrespective of having CAT 2016/XAT 2017 or GMAT score (2015 onwards). MICAT – II will be held on February 12, 2017. The candidates can apply for the same from January 3 to 31, 2017. The admit card of MICAT – II will be issued on February 6, 2017. Any candidate having a Bachelor’s degree recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in any discipline and having score of either CAT 2016/XAT 2017 or GMAT is eligible to write MICAT as per the MICAT Eligibility Criteria 2017.
MICAT is a mandatory entrance test for admission to MICA’s flagship PGDM-C. It is a full-time, two-year residential programme, deemed equivalent to an MBA by the Association of Indian Universities. At present MICA offers 180 seats for admission.

According to the MICAT 2017 Exam Pattern, it is a computer based test and has been designed comprehensively to assess analytical and verbal ability, logical reasoning, divergent thinking, written communication skills, creativity potential and general awareness about contemporary social and industry related issues, like media, marketing, advertising and business. The candidates are compulsorily required to attempt the psychometric questions.
