PGIMER 2017 Important Dates – The dates for the PGIMER 2017 have been announced. The candidates aspiring to appear in the entrance examination are advised to check the complete schedule here. The entrance examination will be held by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh, PGIMER for postgraduate programmes like MD/MS and D.M/M.Ch on November 20, 2016. The online application form for the January session of the PGIMER 2017 MD/MS programme was available till October 15, 2016. The application form of DM/M.Ch programme was available between September 23, 2016 till October 22, 2016. The counselling session of PGIMER 2017 will start from December 16, 2016. PGIMER exam is conducted by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh to take in candidates interested in pursuing MD/MS courses. PGIMER is held in two sessions – January and July of every year. Applications are accepted only through online method and results are computerised and declared within 24 hours of the entrance examination.
PGIMER has a total intake of 610 seats in the MD/MS course and 18 seats in the MDS course. Given below is the reservation criterion of PGIMER 2017.
