NEET Latest Updates 2017 – Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) on May 7, 2017, in pen paper mode. April 15 – NEET 2017 Admit card delayed by CBSE, will be available on April 22
The admit card of NEET 2017 has been released by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Earlier NEET admit card was scheduled to be released on April 15, 2017, however, it got postponed and have released on April 22. It is available only for those candidates who filled the application form and paid the requisite fee. The entrance examination will be organised on May 7, 2017, in offline mode. It is scheduled to be held at 104 cities across 2200 examination centres. The information related to exam will be updated accordingly

Necessary document to carry on the exam
It is mandatory for the candidates to carry listed things with them
- NEET 2017 admit card having a postcard size photograph on it. The size of photo should be 4 X6 with a white background.
- Passport size photograph to affix on the attendance sheet.
Prohibited material inside the exam hall
- Stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, calculator, log table, electronic pen/scanner etc.
- Any communication device like mobile phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band etc.
- Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap etc.
- All ornaments like ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, badge, brooch etc. (e) any watch/wristwatch, bracelet, camera, etc.
- Any metallic item
- Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle etc.
- Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like camera, Bluetooth device etc
NEET 2017 Dress Code
Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with salwar/ trouser. slippers, sandals with low heels and not the shoes.
Note: Candidate who will come after 09.30 am will not be permitted to enter the examination hall
NEET answer key by the private coaching experts will be published on the day of the examination i.e. on May 7, 2017. It will be available code wise, candidates can assess their performance by matching their responses with the answer key. Candidates can access the link to the answer key from here
It is expected that NEET 2017 official answer key will be published in the second week of May 2017. The candidates will get an opportunity to challenge the official answer key. However, the candidates will need to pay Rs 1000 per question to challenge the answer key.
NEET 2017 Result will be declared on June 8, 2017, in the online mode. It will contain the details like All India Score of the candidates, overall rank, category etc. Based on the NEET 2017 Score, admission will be offered to the qualified candidates.
The counselling of NEET 2017 will begin in June 2017. The official schedule of counselling is yet to be released. For the admission to 15% All India Quota, counselling will be conducted by Medical Council Committee (MCC). For the 85% state quota in Government medical dental colleges and another state, deemed, private University, the counselling will be organised by the state designated authority.
The application procedure of NEET 2017 is already over. It started on January 31, 2017 in the online mode, the last date to register was April 5. When the NEET 2017, registration window was opened, the last date to apply was March 31, 2017. However, due to the NEET 2017 upper age limit case, the application window got reopened for the candidates who are 25 years and above. Also, with this NEET 2017 upper age limit was removed, for the current session.
