FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2018: The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi has released the shortlist for Group Discussion (GD), Extempore and Personal Interview (PI). Total 2161 candidates have been called for the next round of selection process. Along with the shortlist, FMS Delhi has also released the category-wise cutoff in the form of composite score. The GD, PI and Extempore will be conducted from April 16 to 23. Shortlisted candidates have to fill the proforma for appearing in GD, PI and Extempore. Candidates are required to send the proforma along with requisite documents to the office of the administrative officer via speed or registered post by February 28, 2018. The final admission for 220 seats including the supernumerary seats will be done based on CAT score, past academic records and performance in GD, PI and Extempore. FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2018 eligibility criteria

As per FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2018 eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must have completed their Bachelors degree programme with at least 50% for general category while that for OBC/PWD/CW candidates it is 45%.
  • ST/SC category candidates have to secure just passing marks in their graduation.
  • Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation are eligible to apply for admission till the time of application notwithstanding their percentage of the score, though they must fulfil the eligibility criteria when their result is declared which they must submit to the office of FMS at the time of admission.

A link to apply has been given on this page and interested candidates can click on it and register by paying an application fee of Rs 1,000 (expected for General category candidates) and Rs 350 (expected for SC/ST/PWD category candidates).

FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2018 selection procedure

FMS, New Delhi has made substantial changes to its MBA Admission 2018 selection procedure. Going forward, the premier academic institution has decided to assign different weightages to the scores of different sections of CAT 2017. A composite score has been calculated, by giving 30% weightage given to the QA section, 30% to the DILR section and 40% to the VRC section as provided by the CAT centre for the CAT 2017 entrance exam, applicable to candidates applying for admission to FMS.

FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2018 merit list

A final FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2018 merit list will be prepared based on the candidates performance in Extempore Speech and Personal Interview and CAT 2017 score. The candidates academic profile (class 10 and 12 marks) will be also be considered.
