Filling up IGNOU OPENMAT Application Form XLIII 2018 offline: Candidates must take a printout of the form (form 1), fill up all the details and send it via registered post/speed post along with the demand draft of Rs 1,050 drawn in favour of IGNOU from any nationalized bank to Registrar, Student Evaluation Division, Block 12, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110068.
