Ques 1: Is there any age limit or work experience for MAT 2017?
Ans: Candidates’ in age group can apply for MAT 2017. It is not necessary to have work experience for applying to the exam.
Ques 2: Can final year graduation candidates apply for MAT?
Ans: Yes, they will be admitted provisionally. Candidates have to submit proof of having completing their graduation before admission.
Ques 3: Am I eligible to apply for MAT 2017 if I completed graduation from Distance Learning?
Ans. Yes, candidates can apply provided the university must be recognised by government.
Ques 4: Can I apply for MAT in the same year?
Ans: Yes, candidates can appear for MAT in the same year. There is no limit in the number of attempts.
Ques: 5: Is there any reservation criteria?
Ans: Yes, certain number of seats are reserved for SC, ST, OBC, PwD and General category candidates.
MAT 2017 Application Form
MAT application form will be released in the second week of December. Candidates can fill the application form both online and offline. The last date to submit MAT 2017 online application is November 24, 2017. The offline MAT application form can be purchased study centres of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi. Fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking or demand draft. MAT application fees is Rs 1652 for all categories.
About MAT 2017
AIMA conducts MAT to screen candidates for the various management programmes offered by over 600 MAT participating institutes. The exam is conducted four times in a year – February, May, September and December. On the basis of MAT score candidates are called for further rounds of selection procedure conducted by the participating institutes. The score is valid for one year from the date of declaration of MAT result.
