TSICET Counselling 2016 – The TSCHE has released the allotment order for TSICET 2016 counselling. To access the TSICET allotment letter, the candidates are required to login. In order to log in, the candidates are required to enter their Login ID number, Hall ticket number, password and Date of Birth. The candidates can log in from the window provided below. The candidates with the allotment letter can pay the fee and obtain a receipt. Now, with the receipt, the candidates will have to report to the colleges before the last date to take admission. If the candidates fail to report for admission by the deadline, then allotment stand will be cancelled. Read this article for more details on TSICET Counselling 2016.

TSICET Counselling 2016
The candidates who secured 50% (for OC category) and 45% (for SC/ST/BC categories) in aggregate in degree or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission through TSICET counselling. The process of counselling comprises of the following stages –
- Document Verification
- Option Filling
- Seat Allotment
All these stages have been detailed below.
Registration Fee – TS ICET 2016 Counselling
At the time of document verification, the candidates will be required to pay a processing fee for participating in the TSICET 2016 Counselling process. The amount of the fee is as follow –
- For candidates belonging to OC/BC category – Rs. 1000
- For candidates belonging to SC/ST category – Rs. 500
TSICET Counselling 2016 – Document Verification
The candidates are required to attend the certificate verification as per the schedule and their ranks. The TSICET document verification will be done at assigned help line centre. All the candidates will have to carry the original copy of the necessary documents along with 2 sets of xerox copies of the same to the centre. It must be noted that the candidates will be able to fill the options only if they will get their documents verified.
Important Dates of TSICET 2016 Document Verification
The document verification will take place from August 26 to 30, 2016. The whole process has been divided into two parts according to the categories, such as,
- Centralised Certificate Verification (for PH, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Anglo Indian) – Document verification will be held only at SankethikaVidyaBhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad
- Decentralised Certificate Verification (for OC/ST/SC/BC/Minority) – Document verification will be held at all the helpline centres as per Annexure 1 & 2.

List of Documents required for verification
- TSICET 2016 Rank Card
- TSICET 2016 Hall Ticket
- Aadhar Card
- Degree marks memos and pass certificate
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
- S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
- IX to Degree Study Certificates
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Income Certificate issued after January 1, 2016, if applicable
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable
- Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/ Sports / Minority certificate if applicable
- Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of Non-local candidates
- Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education
Note – The candidates must note that where there is more than one Help Line Centre in one location, the ranks have been distributed centre-wise. So, they must attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned.
TSICET Counselling 2016 – Option Entry
The candidates who will get their documents verified will only be eligible to make TSICET 2016 option entry. The tuition fee particulars and seats available will be released by Department of Technical Education, TSCHE well before the commencement of option entry. The schedule of submitting the choices has been released and the table below provides the same. The candidates can fill as many options as they like from the list of seats that are available, in the order of their preference. The TSICET option entry will be done online.

Last ++ means: Minority Candidates including Not Qualified/Not Appeared in TSICET – 2016 who have already applied to Convenor based on Qualifying examination marks i.e., degree marks.
TSICET Counselling 2016 – Seat Allotment & Reporting to the college
Seats will be allotted on the basis of merit following the rule of reservation prescribed by the Government of Telangana. On the basis of the given choices by the candidates and their rank in TSICET 2016, seats will be allocated to the candidates. The seat allotment result will be declared on September 3, 2016. It will be available online and a link to access the same will be provided here in this article also. If the candidates will be satisfied with the allotted seat, they must report to the college and should pay the tuition fee for securing the seat allotment.
