This page provides a link to download TSICET result and rank card for the convenience of candidates. To check the TS ICET rank card, candidates are required to enter their exam hall ticket number and select the date of birth. Candidates must note that the University won’t be sending any hard copy of the TS ICET result to the registered addresses via post or courier. The final answer key is also available with the result. The answer key is available in pdf format. To qualify the test, candidates must score at least 50 marks. Based on the ranks obtained by the candidates, they will be allotted seats. Around 28,174 seats were filled last year on the basis of TS ICET score and the number is expected to increase this year. The test was held on May 18, for admission to the 28,174 (approx.) TS ICET Result 2017

TS ICET 2017 result furnishes the overall score and the rank obtained by the candidates in the test. Few days after the announcement of TS ICET result, the rank card will be issued by the Kakatiya University. The result-cum-rank card will be available only in online mode for the candidates to download. They can obtain their TS ICET 2017 rank card by entering their hall ticket number. The exam conducting body will not send the rank card through post to any of the candidates.

After the declaration of result, TS ICET 2017 cutoff will be determined. On the basis of this cutoff and the score obtained by the candidates in this entrance test, a merit list will be generated and the candidates will be called for counselling process according to this merit list. Only candidates qualifying TS ICET 2017 and finding a place in the merit list will only be called to participate in the TS ICET 2017 counselling.

TS ICET Result 2017 – Qualifying Marks

Kakatiya University has set certain qualifying score for Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET 2017). The candidates writing this test are required to obtain this much marks in order to qualify it and to be considered for further admission. TS ICET Result 2017 – Tie Resolution in Merit List

As per the norms, the candidates who would have secured equal marks then the tie will be broken by following the given steps in the order as mentioned –

  1. Higher marks in section A will be given higher preference.
  2. If the tie still remains, higher marks in section B will be used to resolve it.
  3. Even after that if the tie will persist, the age will be taken into consideration, the older candidate will be given priority in the merit list.

TS ICET Result 2017 – Request for re-verification

The candidates coming across a discrepancy in the announced result can send a request for verification of marks to Kakatiya University. They can send this request for re-verification within 15 days from the dates of TS ICET 2017 result declaration. Such candidates will be required to send a DD of Rs. 1000, drawn in favour of Convener, TSICET – 2017, payable at Warangal along with the request of re-checking of marks. The exam conducting body will preserve the OMR answer sheets of the candidates for 6 months from the date of result announcement.

TS ICET 2017 Cutoff

The cut off marks for TS ICET 2017 are the minimum scores that a candidate must obtain to get shortlisted for the counselling rounds. The TS ICET cut off scores are prepared on basis of various by the University such as the total number of test takers, exam’s difficulty level, total number of seats available, etc. The TSICET 2017 will vary institute-wise and with the category of the candidates.
