The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has made the Aadhaar card mandatory for candidates who wishes to apply for JCECE 2017. The registration is expected to start from the 3rd week of April 2017. Aspirants of JCECE 2017 must ensure that they have an Aadhaar card before applying for the entrance test.
As the application process will tentatively start in the month of April 2017, students who do not possess the Aadhaar card must apply for the same within these two months period. Without the Aadhaar card number, no student will be able to apply for the entrance examination.
The requirement of Aadhaar card as a compulsory identification document for the engineering exam was first introduced for JEE Main 2017 by CBSE. Following it, AKTU has also included the Aadhaar number as a mandatory field in the Application Form of UPSEE 2017. Now, even the JCECE Board has confirmed the implementation of the same process.
Aspirants of JCECE 2017 must also ensure that they satisfy the norms defined by the Board. The application form can be obtained online or from the Post office. The ICR Application Form will also be available for download. Candidates also have to pay the requisite fee amount to validate the application form.
The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) 2017 is expected to be held in the 2nd week of June 2017. Through JCECE 2017, candidates can take admission to various B.E and B.Tech courses in the state of Jharkhand.
