While filling AEEE application form candidates have to enter their personal and academic details, upload/affix their passport-sized photograph and make the fee payment. The prescribed AEEE application fee is Rs. 1000. Candidates can fill and submit AEEE application form 2018 online or obtain it from select outlets, university campus or through post. The last date to register online is March 31, 2018. Candidates filling the application form of AEEE in the offline mode have to send it to the university and ensure that it reaches before the deadline. Candidates who have passed or are appearing in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and securing minimum 60% are eligible to fill AEEE 2018 application form. How to fill AEEE Application Form 2018 online?

Step 1) Filling AEEE 2018 application form - The link to fill online application form has been provided above. Candidates have to click on the link ‘Apply here’. In the form, applicants have to enter their basic details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, mode of examination, test city preference. After entering details, candidates have to click on the ‘submit’ button. Applicants will be given an option to preview and edit information entered by them. If the details entered are correct, candidates have to click on the ‘I confirm’ button.

Step 2) Uploading of scanned images - Candidates have to upload scanned images of their recent passport size colour photograph and signature. They must ensure to put their signature on white paper with black ink ballpoint pen. After uploading the images, candidates have to click on ‘Proceed for payment’ button. Specification of the scanned images is given below in the table.

Step 3) AEEE application fee payment- Candidates have to pay application fee of Rs. 1000. The payment can be made through any of the following modes:

  • Online payment- Applicants can pay the fee using credit card/ debit card/ net banking/cash/mobile wallet. On successful receipt of payment, candidates will be sent an email containing the details of receipt of payment and application confirmation.
  • Offline payment- The application fee of AEEE can also be paid through Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of ‘Amrita School of Engineering’ payable at Coimbatore. The details of DD should be filled up in the online application. After entering DD Details, click ‘Submit’ button to complete the transaction.

Step 4) Submission of AEEE application form- Once the transaction is successfully made, candidates have to login and print two copies of AEEE application form along with DD details. One copy of the application form has to be sent along with the demand draft to the following address:

Once the duly filled printed application form and demand draft is received by the university within the prescribed date, candidate will be sent a confirmation mail. Candidates remitting the application fee online are not required to send the application form to the university.

How to fill AEEE Application Form 2018 offline?

Candidates can also register for AEEE 2018 in the offline mode by filling printed OMR application. Applicants can obtain the form with a payment of Rs. 1000 in the following ways:

  • Sale outlets- AEEE application form can be obtained from post office, Dhanlaxmi Bank and Federal Bank.

  • University campus- From the university counter of Amrita Schools of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Vengal-Chennai by producing a demand draft of the application fee drawn in favour of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore.

  • By post- Applicants can obtain AEEE application form 2018 by post from the Admission Coordinator, Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore on a written request indicating their full communication address together with a Demand Draft for the requisite application fee amount.


Filling of AEEE OMR Application Form 2018

The printed OMR application form contains 19 items. Candidates have to fill up all the items carefully using black ink ball point pen for writing inside the rectangle boxes. To fill up the bubbles candidates have to use HB pencil. Candidates have to enter the following details in AEEE application form:

  • Personal details- Candidate’s name, category, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile number.
  • Academic details- Name of school last attended and its complete address.
  • Exam details- Mode of entrance exam, exam city, date (for CBT applicants).
  • Photograph and signature- Affix a passport sized photograph whose size is not larger than the space provided for affixing it. Candidates also have to put their signature using a black ball point pen within the box provided in the form.


Submission of AEEE OMR Application Form 2018

Candidates have to send their filled AEEE application form to the university. Before mailing the form, applicants must note down the application number and keep a photocopy for future reference. The application form of AEEE must reach the university within the given period of time. After the last date, no application form will be accepted by the university.

Q.1. Can I edit my online AEEE application form after submitting it?
A. No, after the submission of the application form of AEEE, no candidate will be allowed to make any changes.

Q.2. Can I leave the form half-filled and re-login to finish entering the details?
A. Yes, a candidate may re-login by entering the registered E-mail/Application Number and Date of Birth.

Q.3. I am not being able to login into my account to submit AEEE 2018 application form. What should I do?
A. Candidates can write about their issue to In the mail, applicants must mention their name, father’s Name, and mobile Number etc while raising the issue.

Q.4. I have made few mistakes while filling the OMR application form of AEEE. How can I correct it?
A. Candidates are not allowed to use correction fluid while making correction. In case any letter is entered wrongly, strike out the letter and write above it correctly.


About AEEE 2018 

Amrita engineering entrance exam (AEEE) 2018 is administered by Amrita University. AEEE is conducted in two separate modes, namely Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and Pen & Paper Based Test (P&P) mode. Based on AEEE score, a rank list will be prepared based on which candidates have to participate in AEEE counselling.
