AEEE 2017 Seat AllotmentAEEE 2017 Seat Allotment - The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of rank secured by the candidate in AEEE 2017 entrance examination. AEEE 2017 will be held in online (computer based test) and offline (pen & paper based test). The dates for the examination are 20 to 23 April, 2017 for CBT and April 29, 2017 for P&P. After which the result will be declared on May 05, 2017. According to the result, a merit list will be prepared by the University. The counselling sessions will be done foe the allotment of seats. It will tentatively start from June, 2017. The preferences of colleges filled by the candidate, while filling the application form will be an important factor for seat allotment. AEEE 2017 Seat Allotment Process

Below given is the procedure for seat allotment for AEEE 2017

  • The University will a new merit for all the qualified candidates according to their qualifying marks in AEEE 2017.
  • The seats will be allotted in rounds. In the first round, the admission will be granted to the candidates as per the merit list.
  • After the declaration of result, counselling letter will be available on the official website and can be downloaded.
  • Candidates will be needed to report to the allotted colleges along with all the requisite documents.
  • The seat allotment is a part of counselling, it mandatory to be present in the counselling process on the scheduled time and date.
  • In case, if the candidate will not be present in at the time of counselling, he/she will not be permitted to attend the counselling session.
  • There will be three campus available for the admission, which includes: Amritapuri, Coimbatore and Bengaluru. Candidate can avail admission in any of the campus.
  • The candidate must be in neat formal dress and a Parent/Guardian must accompany the candidate.
  • An aspirant must pay Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Demand Draft as a counselling fee.
  • Before admission, candidate has to pay tuition fee of Rs. 50,000/- in form of Demand Draft. The balance fees must be paid by the candidates along with the other formalities before the due date and time.

Withdrawal from AEEE 2017 Seat Allotment- Any candidate who wish to pullout from the B.Tech programme, can read the instructions below:

  • Candidate, admitted to the B.Tech programme decides to withdraw must write an application to the Admissions Coordinator, that should reach 7 days before the commencement of classes. Only Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted from the fee paid by the candidate.
  • If a student leaves after commencement of classes, but before closing of the admissions and the letter of withdrawal reaches the Admission Coordinator office within 7 days of commencement of classes. The amount of Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted and rest will be refunded only if seat will be filled by any other candidate.
  • A candidates must write a letter for cancellation to the Admission Coordinator office, which reaches after commencement of classes, but before closing of admissions, 50% of the fees and Rs. 10,000 as processing charges will be deducted and rest will be refunded to the candidate.
  • No fees will be refunded after the closure of admissions.
  • In the above mentioned points, no counselling charges will be refunded.

If due to any medial illness, candidates will not be able to attend the counselling session, the Parent/Guardian of the candidate will be allowed to attend on their behalf. However, a medical certificate will have to be produced and the decision taken by the parent/guardian will be their final decision.
