AMUEEE Exam Pattern 2018AMUEEE Exam Pattern 2018 - The exam pattern of AMUEEE 2018 contains information regarding the format of AMUEEE question paper. The university level engineering entrance examination will be conducted by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) on April 29, 2018 for aspirants seeking admission to various undergraduate engineering programmes in AMU. It is advised that the candidates be acquainted with AMUEEE exam pattern 2018 so that they can organise their preparation to secure good marks. Candidates applying for B.Tech programme have to appear for paper I only while those opting for B.Tech and B.Arch programmes both or B.Arch only have to appear in Paper I & II which will be conducted in two different sessions. As per the AMUEEE 2018 exam pattern, both papers will be of 150 marks each. Candidates who are opting for B.E. (evening) have to appear for the written test of 100 marks. There will also be an additional 25 marks for professional experience. AMUEEE Exam Pattern 2018

Candidates appearing for B.Tech have to appear in paper I only. Those applying for B.Tech and B.Arch or B.Arch only have to answer both papers I and II. Minimum qualifying marks for paper II is 40% for all. The course-wise details of AMUEEE exam pattern 2018 are given below.

Mode of examination: AMUEEE 2018 will be held in offline mode.

Types of Paper: There will be separate papers for B.Tech, B.Arch and B.E. (Evening) admission test. Candidates have to appear as per the programmes selected in application form. Candidates who have chosen both B.Tech and B.Arch or B. Arch only have to appear both in papers I and II.

Negative marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Professional experience (applicable only for B.E.)

Candidates who have professional experience of Government of India / Semi- Government of India / Public Sector Undertakings after passing Diploma in Engineering will be additionally awarded 2.5 marks for each year of professional experience. It is subject to a maximum of 25 marks.

AMUEEE 2018

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts AMUEEE every year for candidates willing to take up B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch courses offered by the university. It is a university level engineering entrance examination conducted in offline mode. In 2017, around 25,000 candidates applied for test while the number of appearing candidates was around 20,000. AMUEEE 2018 is expected to be held in the last week of April 2018.
