Candidates seeking admission in the engineering colleges of Andhra University must apply before March 15, 2017. The application process will be done in online mode only. However, candidates must check the eligibility norms set by Andhra University before applying for AUEET 2017 as ineligible candidates will not be granted admission under any circumstances. The application fee can be paid through challan or via online payment gateway. Candidates can also apply with a late fee of Rs. 1500 until April 25, 2017. Requirements for filling AUEET 2017 Application Form

  • Hall-Ticket Number of (Class XII) qualifying examination.
  • Percentage of marks and year of Passing of Qualifying Examination, if Passed.
  • Date of Birth as per the Senior Secondary Certificate records
  • Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates.
  • PH/NCC/SPORTS /CAP etc.(if any)
  • Parental Income Up to One lakh or up to Two lakhs or more than Two Lakhs (rupees)
  • Study or Residence (from M.R.O) or relevant certificate for proof of local status


Online Application Form of AUEET 2017

Candidates have to click on the link given above and follow the step by step procedure given below to fill in the online application form of AUEET 2017:

Registration/Eligibility Selection to appear for AUEET 2017

  • All the candidates must click on “Registration” to fill in the online application form. In this registration, process candidates must fill the following details
  • Select the qualifying examination from given list for eligibility requirements
  • Select the Test (B.Tech) for which you want to appear.
  • Select the first preferred language and then the second language
  • Select the group of subjects that you have studied. For example Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry.

The computer will automatically evaluate the eligible courses and non-eligible courses that you can apply for. You have to select the courses from the list. The payable fee is depending on the no. of tests selected.

Candidates can choose the group subjects from the list displayed on the registration window. Candidates can also submit the subject request form by entering the following details:

  • Name
  • Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Qualifying Examination
  • Grup Subject1
  • Group Subject2
  • Group Subject3
  • First Language
  • Second Language
  • Click on “Submit” the form.

This form allows you to furnish your required group subjects. After submitting this form candidates have to wait for 24 hours. The Directorate of Admissions (the AUCET) will check with the requested group subjects after which candidates will get an alert on their Mobile/ email id about the status of their requested group subjects.

Candidates will also require entering the following details in the registration form and then click on the 'Register and Proceed' button

Aadhar Number- Candidates applying for a scholarship from A.P Social Welfare Dept. have to enter the Aadhaar number.

Enter Test Centre details

Select from the list the Test Centre where you want to appear for AUEET 2017
Enter your qualifying examination/Class details: Roll Number, Month and Year of Passing
Select the “Annual Income of your parents” from the options given in the form.

Upload Photograph and Signature

Requirements for Photograph and Signature

The applicants have to upload the Photograph and signature in the above-given format. Candidates have to upload the files by clicking on “ browse” to select from the computer and “Upload” button in the application form.

Select Reservation Category (if any)

candidates must select from the options given below:

  • PH
  • CAP
  • NCC
  • NSS
  • Sports

If candidates have studied any Degree course then they must select the option “Yes” or else leave it as “No”.

Enter Particulars of Study - Enter Period of Study Institution and District from Class IX to degree Third Year from Regular or Distance Mode


Candidates must read the declaration part and then check “I accept the Terms & Conditions” and to continue, click on “ Click to Preview”. The filled in Application form will be displayed on the screen.

Edit or Print the AUEET 2017 Application Form

Candidates can edit/make modifications in the application form if they have entered any detail incorrectly by clicking on “Back to Edit” option. If details entered are correct then click on “Save & Print”

Application Submission Receipt

The Application Submission Receipt will be displayed on the computer screen. Candidates must take the print out of the AUEET 2017 Application Form that will contain the following details

Payment Mode - The AUEET 2017 Application Fee can be paid through the following modes:

  • Online payment i.e. Net Banking/SBI Debit Card/ Other Bank Debit Card/Any Bank Credit Card/ Other Bank Net-Banking. The bank charges will be displayed on the screen for different branches.
  • Candidates can also pay through challan in any branch of the Andhra Bank / State Bank of India

Print Application Form of AUEET 2017

The candidates can print the application form of AUEET 2017 after 24 hours from fee payment.

After the payment of application fee, the candidates will get an SMS on their registered mobile number and in the email ID candidates will get a PDF file of the complete Application Form of AUEET 2017. However, candidates can also print the application form anytime by visiting Print Application and enter the Application Number and Date of Birth in the “Login for Application Print”. Click on Submit to print the application form.
