COMEDK UGET Application Form 2018- Requirements

  • Candidate’s proof of identity (Voter’s ID/ Aadhar card/ Passport/ E-Aadhar card/ driving license/ school or college photo ID/ certificate with seal and signature of Head of the Institute that the candidate has last attended.
  • Scanned copy of candidate’s photograph and signature
  • Scanned copy of parent’s signature
  • XI and XII Mark sheets (XII mark sheet if available)
  • Valid email ID and phone number
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate stating name of parents as official
  • Annual Income Certificate
  • Scanned copy of challan and online banking
  • Layout (available in Annexure IV) with seal and signature of the head of the institution from which candidate has passed Qualifying Exam (QE).

How to fill COMEDK UGET application form 2018

To fill the application form of COMEDK UGET 2018, candidates need to follow the given steps in order.

Step 1: COMEDK UGET registration

Candidates have to click on the link given on this page in order to register for COMEDK UGET 2018. Further, they have to click on ‘click to register’. In case candidates have already registered, they have to log in and fill the following details.

After entering the details, candidates have to enter the given captcha code. On submission, the application number will be generated, which will be the candidate’s user ID. The application number will also be sent to the candidate via mail.

Step 2: Filling the COMEDK UGET application form

Candidates have to log in using their user ID and password after which a confirmation page will appear. To fill the application form, applicants need to click on the ‘edit’ option after which they have to select the course applying for. Candidates must fill the application form correctly as they will not be allowed to make changes in the same after submission. Step 3: Uploading documents

The following documents are to be uploaded in given size and format.

Size and format of signature and photograph

Candidates need to upload a recent passport sized coloured photograph, taken in light background. They are also supposed to upload a scanned copy of their full signature done in running letters on a plain white sheet.

Step 4: Choosing exam city

Candidates have to choose three exam cities as per their preference. COMEDK UGET 2018 will be conducted at over 150 exam centres across 33 cities in India.

Step 5: Payment of COMEDK UGET 2018 application fee

Candidates have to pay the PCM COMEDK UGET application fee of Rs. 1200/- via net banking/debit card/credit card. After this, they have to enter the captcha code as seen on screen. Finally, candidates need to sign the declaration and click on ‘Submit’ option.

Step 6: Printout of application form

After filling up the COMEDK UGET 2018 application form candidates need to take a printout of it and get attested signature and seal from the head of the institute last studied in. Qualified candidates have to produce the attested application form at the time of counselling.

Q: How to apply to COMEDK UGET?

A: Candidates have to register themselves in the link provided on this page. Upon registration, the applicant will be provided with login ID and password. The candidates have to fill the online application form and submit it along with relevant documents and prescribed fees.

Q: How many times can I register for COMEDK UGET exam?

A: As many times as you wish; but the email ID once used for making a request cannot be used again. Candidates are advised to be extremely careful while applying as the application fee is non-refundable and hence each Application has to be accompanied with a fresh Application fee.

Q: Can I upload a black & white photograph with the application form?

A: No, the photograph has to be a coloured photograph taken in light background. It should be recently taken. Applications with smudged/ tampered or hazy photographs will not be accepted.

Q: How do I pay the application fee?

A: Candidates have to pay online using the payment gateway provided. Payment can be made using debit card/credit card /net banking facility. Demand drafts sent to COMEDK office will not be accepted and it does not undertake the responsibility to inform the candidates of the same or to return the demand drafts.

COMEDK UGET is an undergraduate entrance test conducted by Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK).
