CUSAT CAT admit card 2017 available from April 15CUSAT CAT admit card 2017 has been released by Cochin University of Science and Technology on April 18. All the registered candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms and paid the requisite fees can download CUSAT CAT 2017 admit card. The last date to download CUSAT CAT admit card is April 30. Candidates must enter their application number and date of birth to download hall ticket of CUSAT CAT. The examination authority has issued CUSAT CAT admit card in online mode only and no hard copies will be send through posts.

CUSAT CAT 2017 admit card contains details such as candidate’s name, date of birth, exam date and time, exam centre address and other important exam related instructions. On the exam day, it is mandatory for all the candidates to carry their admit card along with an identity proof without which they will not be permitted to enter the examination hall. After downloading, all the candidates are advised to crosscheck the details printed on CUSAT CAT admit card and contact examination authority in case of any discrepancy.

How to download CUSAT CAT admit card 2017?

Candidates must follow the steps below to download CUSAT CAT 2017 hall ticket.

  • After providing the login details CUSAT CAT admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Candidates must download and take a print out of the admit card
  • Candidates must check the details printed on admit card
  • Candidates must preserve the admit card of CUSAT CAT and retain it till the admission process.

CUSAT CAT 2017 to be conducted on April 30 for the B.Tech courses. The exam will be of two papers - Paper I and II. The paper I is Mathematics and Paper II is Physics and Chemistry. The exam will conducted be from 9:30 am to 12:30 noon (3 hours).

The question paper will have 250 multiple choice questions. For Paper I there will be 125 questions and Paper II will have 75 questions from Physics and 50 questions from Chemistry. The CUSAT CAT score will be calculated as per the number of right answers and wrong answers.

As per the marking scheme is given in CUSAT 2017 exam pattern, for each right answer 3 marks to be awarded and for each wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted. In case of a tie, the authority will follow the tie breaking resolution.

CUSAT Common Aptitude Test (CAT) will be held in 28 exam centres of CUSAT CAT across India and abroad. The candidates who will qualify the entrance test will be shortlisted for counselling as per their merit and courses and colleges will be allotted as per their preferences for institutes. The rank list of CUSAT CAT will be prepared based the performance of the candidates in the entrance test. The eligible candidates will be granted admission to 11 B.Tech courses in 27 institutes/universities across the state of Kerala.
