Sound Mental as well as Physical health is important for every human being. As we have learnt during childhood in schools a million dollar saying - Healthy Mind dwells in a Healthy Body. Though, the stressful life in today’s times keeps us from having Healthy Mind and Healthy Body.

Although it is normal to feel stressed out before or during the exams due to the anxiety prevailing due to fear of failure, not performing well and many other such factors. While the stress is something which can never be ignored like we do with many other things, what is most important here is to know how to deal with the pre- exam stress and not let it affect you badly.

Students usually ignore healthy eating habits and resort to unhealthy ones as they feel it’s not  just not worth wasting time in preparing food and consume whatever is available easily which is junk food obviously . This is not the right way at all. For mental work like studying, it is important to have a healthy body and mind and without sound physical health nobody can have a productive mind unless we are Robots ofcourse....! But Alas!! We are not Robots !!! We are just "human beings".

Therefore, as normal human beings we have to study hard to carve out our careers successfully so as students we have to manage appearing in so many entrance exams to get admission in the best colleges and then get placed in the reputed jobs so it’s like a far sighted approach applied here.

What to do to have healthy Body and Mind?

So, to manage stress and to have a healthy mind and body, we have made a considerable effort to give some valuable tips to the students for health eating and stress management before and during exams.
