IIT Roorkee has issued the Admit Card of GATE 2017. It was issued today, on January 04, 2017, through GATE Online Processing System. Only those candidates can download it whose application form has been accepted by the conducting body, both successfully and provisionally. The GATE 2017 Admit Card is an important document and without it, the candidate will not be allowed to take the exam. The candidates will have cannot acquire admit card offline. The last date to download it is February 12, 2017.

Forgot GATE 2017 Enrollment ID or Password
In case, candidates are not being able to recall GATE 2017 Enrollment ID and Password, they can follow the instruction provided below to retrieve the same.
Step 1. Click Here to access the portal for recovery.
Step 2. Choose any one of the three options given below, whichever applicable:
1. Already have the Enrollment ID but forgotten the password
2. Already have an OTP
3. Have forgotten the Enrollment ID
Step 3. To get the GOAPS password back, candidates have to click on ‘Request for OTP’ which will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number. Candidates have to enter the OTP to reset the password. However, candidates who already have the OTP will require clicking on ‘Already have an OTP’ and reset the password.
On the other hand, candidates who want to retain their Enrollment ID have to click on ‘Forgot Enrollment ID’ button. They have to enter their mobile number and Email Address and click on ‘Send Enrollment ID’.
Discrepancies in GATE 2017 Admit Card
It is vital to ensure that the details mentioned in the GATE 2017 Hall Ticket should be correct. Hence, it is advised that candidates go through the admit card properly. If any error is found in the entered details, then the candidates must immediately contact their zonal centre.
How to Carry Admit Card on Exam Day
On the exam day, the candidates must carry a coloured copy of the GATE 2017 Admit Card. It should not be soiled or mutilated and nothing should be written on it.
What to carry with GATE 2017 Admit Card on Exam Day
Along with the admit card, the candidates will also have to carry a valid Photo Id card. The ID card is as crucial as the admit card. If the candidates will fail to produce it, they will not be allowed to sit for GATE 2017.

Registration Announced through GATE 2017 Admit Card
Through the admit card, the GATE 2017 Registration Number has also been allotted. Candidates aiming for PSU Recruitment must keep this number safe as it will be required while applying for the recruitment.
The GATE 2017 Admit Card will also be required during the counselling and the admission. Hence, it is advised that the candidates secure it properly.
