ITSAT 2018ITSAT 2018 - The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad, will conduct ITSAT 2018 for admission into B.Tech programmes. ITSAT 2018 will be conducted in offline as well as in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. ITSAT in CBT mode will start from April 23 to 28 while the offline exam will be held on April 28. 2018. The application form of ITSAT is available online and aspirants must submit it on or before April 9, 2018. Before applying for ITSAT 2018, aspirants must check whether they are eligible for the entrance test. The slot booking of ITSAT for candidates appearing in the CBT mode will start in the first week of March. Candidates appearing in ITSAT 2018 have to attempt a total number of 120 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. The result of ITSAT 2018 will be declared online on May 5. ITSAT Important Dates 2018

ITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2018

Candidates have to fulfill ITSAT eligibility criteria mentioned below to be eligible for admission:

Age requirement- Applicants must fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective Board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying examination.

For IFHE Hyderabad, ICFAI University Dehradun, ICFAI University, Jaipur, ICFAI University, Raipur & ICFAI University Jharkhand- Candidates must pass class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English and must secure 50%.

For ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh: For admission in ICFAI University, candidates have to fulfill the following requirements as stated in eligibility criteria of ITSAT 2018:

  • Candidates must pass class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English and must secure 55% in aggregate. Candidates also have to qualify in JEE Main 2018.
  • Class XII (or its equivalent) students awaiting their final examinations results may also apply for ITSAT.
  • Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling
  • Admission will be offered based on scores secured in ITSAT 2018/ JEE 2018/ State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests conducted in 2018.

ITSAT Application Form 2018

The application form of ITSAT 2018 is available until April 9. The cost of ITSAT application form is Rs. 500. While filling the application form of ITSAT 2018 candidates have to fill personal details, branch preference, academic details etc, upload their recent passport sized photograph and make the fee payment. Candidates can submit ITSAT application form 2018 in online mode or offline mode as per the convenience. Candidates can make the payment through debit card/ credit card/ internet banking or download the filled in application form and send it to the admissions office along with the demand draft of Rs. 500 drawn in favour of ‘IFHE - Prospectus Fee A/c ITSAT 2018’ payable at Hyderabad.


ITSAT Exam Centres 2018

ITSAT 2018 will be conducted at various exam centres located all over the country. As ITSAT 2018 will be held in offline as well as in online mode on different dates, the admission test for both the modes will be held in different test cities. ITSAT exam centres for the computer-based test will be spread across 53 cities. While the offline test will be conducted in 50 cities of the country. Candidates have to select one ITSAT exam city at the time of filling the application form. Request for change in ITSAT exam centre allotted to candidates will not be entertained under normal circumstances.


ITSAT Slot Booking 2018

The slot booking of ITSAT 2018 will start in March. As the admission test in the online mode will be held in multiple days and sessions, candidates appearing in ITSAT 2018 in CBT mode have to book their slot as per their convenience. To book a slot candidates have to log in with their application number as login ID and date of birth as password. During ITSAT slot booking, candidates have to select the date and time for the exam. After the completion of ITSAT slot booking 2018 candidates will be able to download and take a printout of the admit card.


ITSAT Admit Card 2018

The admit card of ITSAT 2018 will be available online in March. To download ITSAT admit card 2018 candidates have to log in with their application number as login ID and date of birth as password. ITSAT admit card will bear the exam schedule, name and address of the centre allotted to candidates. Candidates must ensure to check personal details mentioned on the admit card of ITSAT and in case of any discrepancy they must immediately report about it to the concerned authority. Along with ITSAT 2018 admit card candidates must carry a valid photo identity proof in original to the centre on the examination day.


ITSAT Exam Pattern 2018

As per ITSAT exam pattern 2018, the admission test will be conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates can check ITSAT exam pattern such as subjects, question type, distribution of questions from the table given below:

ITSAT Programmes 2018

ITSAT Syllabus 2018

The syllabus of ITSAT 2018 consist topics from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English for the test. ICFAI will release ITSAT 2018 syllabus for candidates appearing in the admission test. It is important for candidates to cover the syllabus of ITSAT 2018 as all the questions in the exam will be asked based on the prescribed syllabus.


ITSAT Result 2018

The result of ITSAT 2018 will be declared online on May 7. To check ITSAT result 2018, applicants have to log in with their application number and date of birth. Candidates who will qualify ITSAT 2018 will be intimated individually through email/ post.
ITSAT Selection Procedure 2018

Provisional admission is given based on the marks secured by the student in ITSAT 2018/ JEE Main 2018 / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests and in the interview. Admission in the campuses of ICFAI is also subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria. Applicants who are offered provisional admission through ITSAT 2018 have to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination latest by September 17, 2018. While candidates seeking admission based on other national/state level entrance exams have to indicate their respective test application number in the application form. They also have to submit the attested photocopy of the scorecard on or before May 01, 2018.


ITSAT Counselling 2018

All the qualified and eligible candidates will be called for ITSAT counselling 2018. The shortlisted candidates will receive a call letter for the counselling. The counselling will be held in seven centres across the country. The choice preferences of students will be taken into account during ITSAT seat allotment process. The final allocation of seats will be done after verification of documents, availability of seats for various B.Tech courses undertaken by Admission Committee IFHE, Hyderabad.

ITSAT Counselling 2018- Documents required

Candidates have to produce the following documents at the time of ITSAT 2018 counselling:

  • Mark sheets of class X and XII examination
  • Candidate’s birth certificate
  • Migration/Transfer certificate after completing the qualifying examination(Class XII) or equivalent from a recognised board
  • ITSAT/JEE Main Scorecard
  • Counselling call letter
