The much awaited JEE Advanced result has been announced on June 11, 2017 at 10:00 am. IIT Madras has published in the online mode. Candidates can check JEE Advanced result by entering registration number and date of birth. JEE Advanced 2017 result is available for all the candidates who appeared in both paper 1 and paper 2 of JEE Advanced 2017. On the basis of JEE Advanced score, candidates can seek admission into the 23 IITs which will fill nearly 11,000 B.Tech seats.
Candidates are required to submit the required credentials i.e. JEE Advanced 2017 application number and date of birth to view the result. Candidates must note JEE Advanced result is not being sent to the candidates personally. JEE Advanced 2017 result can only be checked online.
The result of JEE Advanced display the subject wise marks scored by candidates in both paper 1 and paper 2. Candidates can also check their qualifying status, category wise and ALL India Rank (AIR) obtained in the exam.
In order to qualify the entrance examination, candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks set by the authority. Candidates who have scored equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks will be included in the rank list of JEE Advanced 2017.
All the qualified candidates included in the rank list will be called for JEE Main 2017 counselling process to be conducted by JoSAA. Through JEE Advanced 2017 counselling, candidates will be granted seats into various B.Tech and B.E programmes offered by the 23 IITs. Apart from the IITs, there are few other institutes which will offer admission to eligible students on the basis of JEE Advanced score.
