Today, on 4 April 2015, at 9:30 a.m. aspirants started their journey to be future engineers and architects by taking JEE Main 2015. The entrants are writing Paper-1 (for B.Tech/ B.E) form 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Whereas, the Paper-2 (for B.Arch/ B.Planing) is scheduled from 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m.
The JEE Main 2015 Exam is being conducted in 150 cities, across the nation and will be considered my numerous institutes and colleges, for admission. Though, this year, the number of applicants has dropped, yet the ratio of candidates writing exam in offline mode is greater than those in online mode. States like Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana and Kerala experienced a sharp decline in the number of exam takers. However, the north-east region is hopeful as ever.
The exam is also due on 10 and 11 April 2015, but on these dates only Paper-1 (for Engineering) will be held. Only the morning session will be held for the exam, which will begin from 9:30 a.m and will conclude at 12:30 p.m. All the candidates are expected to enter the exam hall till 9:00 a.m. Also, the entry in the exam hall will be granted after checking the admit card. Candidates who will not carry it, will be forbidden from writing the paper.
When both online and offline exam will be held, CBSE will upload the OMR and answer key. Both are due on 18 April, till 22 April 2015. The result will be announced till 27 April and the AIR will be disclosed on 7 July 2015.
However, today, few hours after the examination, unofficial answer key by various institutes will be released. These will be released by private coaching and educational institutes. Candidates will be able to avail from here, as we will upload direct link to each of it on our website.
