The application procedure of JEE Main 2016 will conclude till the end of December 2016. After this, candidates will be to check their JEE Main 2016 application form status from the candidate's login. When candidates will submit their JEE Main 2016 application form an acknowledgment page will appear. Candidates are advised to download it. This Page will act as a surety document stating that application form has been successfully submitted by the candidate.

Apart from this, CBSE will also open JEE Main 2016 application form status portal. Through this, extremely beneficial facility, candidates will be able to track their application form. The application form status portal will become functional after the completion of the application procedure. The date exact date on which JEE Main application form status portal will become active has not been announced but is expected to fall in March-April 2016. 

JEE Main Application Form Status – Procedure

To access JEE Main application form status portal candidates will first have to visit the official website and from there click on the link for the status portal. Then candidates should follow the steps below to track application form:

  • Enter required details like date of birth, name and application number.
  • If application form has been acknowledging by authorities candidate’s application number will be displayed on the screen. Candidate will also receive a message titled as ‘successful’ or ‘received’
  • If form has not been received by authorities candidates will not see their application number and they will receive message which will be titled as ‘unsuccessful’ or ‘not received’
  • If candidate’s status does not alter to the affirmative, then candidates must inform the authorities.
