JoSAA Registration & Choice Filling 2017 begins from June 15Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has started the online JoSAA 2017 registration and choice filling process from June 15. The candidates have to participate in mock seat allocation in two rounds starting from June 20 to 23 for making better choices of colleges and courses. The last date to register online and submit the choices is June 26. The candidates have to enter their JEE Main 2017/JEE Advanced 2017 roll number, password and security pin. Seats will be allocated to the candidates after the completed registration process and on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates. Successful candidates will be offered admission in the participating institutes of JoSAA 2017 which includes 31 NITs, 23 IIITs, 23 IITs and 20 other GFTIs.

The candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2017 and JEE Advanced 2017 are eligible to apply for JoSAA 2017 seat allocation. The candidates must fill their choices after participating in the JoSAA 2017 mock seat allotment process to select the better preferences of colleges and courses. All the candidates must take a printout of the final locked choices for submission during reporting to the allotted institute.

Steps for online JoSAA 2017 Registration and Choice Filling

  • Click on the above link to access the registration form of JoSAA 2017
  • Enter JEE Main 2017 Roll Number/JEE Advanced 2017, password and security pin
  • Click on Submit Button
  • Details of candidate’s personal deatils will be automatically retreived from JEE Main application form 2017.
  • After registration, candidates have to fill their choices and lock before June 26.

The first round of JoSAA seat allotment will commence from June 28. There will be seven rounds of JoSAA 2017 counselling and seat allotment. Candidates have to accept their seat and report to the help centres for document verification.

After reporting to the centres candidates have to confirm their seats and report to the allotted institute on the specified dates to complete their admission process. Candidates must produce all the original documents along with a set of copies and pay the balance fees.
