JUST 2017 Eligibility Criteria

Along with the Important Dates of JUST 2017, candidates must also check the eligibility Criteria to confirm their eligibility for the entrance test. Only those candidates who will fulfil all the criteria prescribed by the University will be selected for admission. JUST 2017 Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

Academic Qualification

  • Candidate must qualify Higher secondary examination or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, English and Physics as compulsory subjects.
  • Along with the compulsory subjects mentioned above, candidates must have studied Chemistry/ Bio- Technology/ any technical vocational subjects.
  • It is mandatory for every candidate to secure at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects taken together.
  • For candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, the minimum aggregate required is 40%. Candidates must secure the require marks in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects added together in the qualifying examination.
