KIITEE cutoff will be announced by KIIT University after the declaration of the result. The KIITEE 2018 cutoff will be announced for shortlisting candidates for counselling. As per the availability of seats in different courses, KIITEE cut off 2018 rank for counselling will be notified. Candidates having rank above KIITEE cutoff shall be called for counselling. Those aspirants who have ranked lower than the closing rank of a particular category will not be eligible for admission. KIITEE Cutoff 2018 - Factors

The KIITEE 2018 cutoff ranks will depend on various factors. Some of the important factors that is considered by the authority and institutes while preparing for KIITEE cutoff are given below:

  • Exam’s difficulty level
  • Number of candidates appeared
  • Total number of seats

 

How KIITEE Cutoff 2018 will be calculated?

The cutoff of KIITEE 2018 will be decided based on the marks obtained in KIITEE 2018. The university will determine the KIITEE cutoff to delimit the number of candidates for admissions. The university will declare cutoff in the form of opening and closing ranks. To receive counselling letter, ranks secured by candidates should be equal to or more than minimum qualifying score.

KIITEE Merit List 2018

A rank list of KIITEE will be declared by KIIT University after the announcement of the result. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the scores obtained in KIITEE 2018. The merit list will be declared category wise.

In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks, inter-se merit of such candidates shall be determined as follows:

  • First on the basis of marks obtained in Mathematics will be considered for determination of the merit.
  • If the above resolution does not break the tie then marks in Physics will be determined and
  • If both conditions do not work then the candidate older in age will be the higher rank.

KIITEE 2018 is a computer-based test to be held from April 15 to 24, 2018. Eligible candidates have to appear in the entrance test conducted across 63 exam cities centres across the country. Counseling and seat allocation will be purely on merit basis i.e. based on the performance in the entrance examination. Verification of documents would be done at the time of admission to verify identification, age, qualifying examination and category of candidates.
