KIITEE 2017 ResultKIITEE 2017 Result - The result of KIITEE 2017 has been declared by KIIT University in online mode on April 27. The KIITEE result displays the performance of candidates in the entrance examination, which was conducted from April 14 to 23, 2017. How to check KIITEE 2017 Result

KIITEE result indicates the scores of the candidates. The cutoff marks and rank list is also available along with the KIITEE result. Step 3 - In the log in portal, enter KIITEE application number and date of birth

Step 4 - Click on 'continue' button

Step 5 - Candidates must verify the details and download KIITEE 2017 result

Step 6 - Take 2-3 printouts of KIITEE result

KIITEE 2017 Rank List

  • Along with the declaration of KIITEE 2017 result, the university has also publish the rank list, which contains the rank of the candidates
  • The KIITEE rank list is prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates and seats available
  • As per the seats available in different B.Tech courses, the cutoff rank is determined
  • If the rank of two or more candidates is equal, the inter-se merit or tie-breaking method is being followed for resolving the ties.

Tie-Breaker Mechanism

  • To break a tie between the rank of two or more candidates, the marks secured in Mathematics is considered for higher rank
  • If the tie persists, the marks in Physics is calculated for allotting higher rank
  • In case of tie after considering above steps, candidate who is older in age is awarded higher rank

KIITEE 2017 Counselling

The dates for counselling of KIITEE 2017  has been announced by KIIT Unievrsity. KIITEE counselling will be held from May 10 to 16, 2017, on the basis of the rank and cutoff marks, availability of seats etc. The candidates with higher rank will be allocated the first seat as per the preferences, cutoff of the particular branch etc. Candidates who secure more than KIITEE cutoff rank will be called for counselling. Candidates must report to the counselling centre in person.

KIITEE counselling includes preferences of courses and colleges, verification of documents, seat allotment and payment of fees. The counselling session will be stopped, as soon as the seats reserved for KIIT will be filled. The process of document verification will be done at the time of counselling to verify records on identification, age, qualification and category of candidates. If any candidate fails to furnish any document or if any document will be found invalid, they will not be allowed for admission.
