KVPY Cutoff 2017KVPY Cut off 2017 - The cutoff of KVPY to be declared in the online mode by IISc Bangalore. KVPY cutoff will be released for streams SA (class XI), SX (class XII) and SB (1st year of the undergraduate program). For each stream, KVPY cut off will vary category wise. As KVPY is a two-staged process, IISc Bangalore will prepare two cutoffs. The first list of KVPY cut off 2017 will be released in the form of minimum marks that candidates have to secure to qualify the aptitude test. After the completion of the interview round, the final list of KVPY 2017 cutoff will be released in percentage. Candidates of each respective stream and category have to obtain the final KVPY cutoff to be considered for the fellowship award. On the basis of the final cutoff of KVPY 2017 and marks obtained by candidates, IISc Bangalore will release the merit list. KVPY Cut off 2017 important dates

IISc Bangalore will release two sets of KVPY cutoff along with the result. The first set of KVPY 2017 cut off will be available in December. Candidates can check the tentative dates related to KVPY cutoff from the table given below:

KVPY Cut off 2017 for aptitude test

The cutoff of KVPY 2017 for the aptitude test is the lowest possible marks that candidates have to secure to get shortlisted for the interview round. KVPY result and cutoff marks will be published together. KVPY cut off will be different category wise for all the three streams. Based on KVPY cut off, IISc Bangalore will prepare the provisional list of students who have qualified the aptitude test and are eligible to be called for the interview. KVPY cut off will be available on this page as soon as it is officially announced. Final KVPY Cut off 2017

The final cutoff of KVPY 2017 will be released along with the All India Rank list of students selected for the fellowship award. KVPY final cut off will be declared in the form of percentage for streams SA, SX and SB. In each stream, KVPY cut off 2017 will vary category wise. The final round of KVPY cut off will be declared in March after the interview gets over. Last year, KVPY cut off percentage for General candidates in stream SB was 50% while for SA and SX stream cutoff was 55%. Candidates can check KVPY final cutoff 2016 from the table given below:

AboutKVPY 2017 - The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a national level fellowship programme for candidates studying Basic Science. To participate in the fellowship programme conducted by IISc Bangalore, candidates had to apply for the same. Candidates enrolled in class XI, XII or first year of an undergraduate program in science could apply for the fellowship under SA, SX and SB stream respectively. The application form of KVPY was available online from July 16 to August 23, 2017. KVPY selection procedure comprises two stages- aptitude test and interview. Candidates who will qualify KVPY 2017 aptitude test to be held on November 5 will be called for the interview. The fellowship awarded will be awarded to candidates on the basis of their combined performance in the aptitude test and interview.
