MP M.Tech Admission 2017 The DTE, Madhya Pradesh, looks after the M.Tech admission in the colleges and universities of the state. The admission is done on the basis of GATE score. The important dates for MP M.Tech Admission 2017 will be announced in the month of June 2017. Until then, candidates may have a look at the below mentioned tentative dates.

For the Madhya Pradesh M.Tech Admission 2017, the candidates will have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria.
For all the candidates.
The application form of MP M.Tech Admission 2017 will be available online. The candidates will first have to register, by entering the required information. Then, in the application form, the candidates will be required to furnish personal, educational, and communication details. Candidates applying via GATE will also be required to submit GATE details, in the application form.
DTE will establish various Nodal Centres for MP M.Tech Admission 2017. The candidates will have to approach these centres, to get their documents verified. The list of the centres will be announced soon. The documents are to be brought as original, as well as, photocopy.
After the verification of all the documents, DTE will release the Merit List of MP M.Tech 2017. It will be released separately for GATE and Non-GATE candidates. The candidates will be able to check their merit by login. The meritious candidates will be able to download their call letter, in which the details about counselling will be mentioned.
DTE will determine the merit of the applicants on the basis of score secured by them in GATE/Qualifying Examination. However, if the score of the candidates is high but during the verification round, the documents were missing or were forged or were not up to the mark, the candidates will not be included in the merit list.
MP M.Tech 2017 Choice Filling
Candidates are advised to enter their choice after the verification round. Under choice filling, the candidates will be required to submit choices for the following:
The choice filling could be done after filling the application form, by the login. The conducting body will not allow candidates to submit the choices offline. Since the choices could only be submitted once, the candidates must give a thorough though to it. Submit as many colleges as they wish to, but, in the order of priority.
It is also advised that candidates do a little research on the offered course, faculty, infrastructure, etc and only then opt for a college and course.
Payment of Fee: To lock the choices, the candidates will have to pay the counselling fee. The fee amount is as below:

Seat Allotment: After payment of the fee, the seats will be allocated to the candidates. The allocation will be done on the basis of merit and choices submitted by the candidates. The seat allotment result will be announced separately for the GATE and Non-GATE candidates.
To take admission, candidates will have to accept the seat, download the admission letter, report at the allotted institute and fulfil the admission formalities.
Note: During the Seat Allocation, preference will be given to GATE qualifiers.
