OJEE PG 2017will be held on May 14, 2017, in the 3rd sitting from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The entrance test will be conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Board for admission into the M.Tech course, or PG Engineering admission which is also known as OJEE PGAT. The application form has already been available in the online mode from February 03 until March 10, 2017. The entire application process will be carried out in the online mode. To apply for PGAT 2017, candidates have to select Form D and then click on the Apply button. The steps to successfully fill up the application form is as given below:

Upload Images: After filling the details, candidates have to upload their photograph, signature and thumb impression. Specification of the scanned copies is given below:

Application Fee: In order to validate the form, candidates have to submit the application fee of Rs. 1000. Candidates can remit the amount online through Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, e- wallet or cash Card.
Print out of the Confirmation Page: The system will generate the confirmation page after the successful payment of the application fee. Applicants must ensure to take a print out of the same and retain it for future reference.
Since OJEE PG is a state level examination, the centres of the exam will be situated in the state of Odisha and area nearby. The candidates may check the entire list of the OJEE PGAT exam centres by clicking on the link above.
The admit card will be issued to candidates who have applied for the examination successfully on April 20, 2017. It will be available only in the online mode. Applicants must download and take two print outs of the admit card and carry the same to the exam centre. If any discrepancy is found, candidates must contact the OJEE 2017 office immediately before April 30, 2017.

The result of the OJEE PG 2017 will be released as merit list. It will be disclosed online and the candidates may check it by entering the Roll Number and Date of Birth. One OJEE PG merit list 2017 will be released for all the candidates and along it, one more separate category-wise list will also be released. The board will issue the rank card to all the qualifiers of OJEE PGAT.
The counselling of the examination will be held online. The candidates will have to register and then fill the choices from the online OJEE PGAT 2017 counselling portal. Then, they need to pay Rs. 450 (counselling fee) and Rs. 5000 (University fee). The fee amount can be submitted online or via SBI e-challan. After this, candidates will have to appear in person for document verification. Once the verification is over, seat allotment result will be announced and candidates will have to confirm the allotted seat.
