OJEE 2018OJEE 2018: Odisha Joint Engineering Examination, JEE Cell will conduct OJEE 2018 for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in the second week of August 2018. The admission to private and government colleges will be done only on the basis of JEE Main Entrance Rank 2018. However, an entrance test will be conducted by the admission authority to fill vacant seats. Candidates have to fill and submit the application form of OJEE 2018 to participate in the OJEE 2018 counselling. JEE Main 2018 entrance examination is scheduled to be conducted on April 8, 15 and 16 by CBSE. Online application form for JEE Main has been released on December 1, 2017 and the last date of submission of application is January 1, 2018. The registration for OJEE 2018 counselling will start in the second week of June 2018. Choice filling and seat allotment after registration is completed. In 2017, through OJEE, around 100 engineering colleges/ institutes in the state of Odisha offered admission into approximately 45,000 B.Tech seats to all the eligible candidates. OJEE Eligibility Criteria 2018

Candidates must produce the pass certificate and mark-sheets in original during document verification at nodal centre. Candidates must be born on or after first week of October 1993 (1988 for ST/SC/PwD candidates). Aspirants must have passed in all subjects with a minimum percentage of 50%. However, in the optional subjects - Mathematics and Physics as mandatory and any one of Chemistry, Bio Technology, Biology and Computer Science as an optional subject candidates must pass in the above subjects with at least 45% and 40% in case of candidates belonging to the ST/SC Category taken all together.

OJEE Application Form 2018

The application form of OJEE 2018 will be made available only if there is vacant seats after first round of counselling. Candidates aspiring for admission must fill the JEE Main application form 2018 made available from December 1 to January 2.

While filling OJEE application form 2018 for special admission, candidates have to fill their basic personal, education, communication details and choose the exam city as per their preference. Candidates also have to upload scanned images of recent passport sized photograph, signature and left thumb impression.

OJEE Exam Pattern 2018

OJEEB will conduct an entrance test to feel the vacant seats of B.Tech courses after the completion of counselling and seat allotment held for candidates with JEE Main 2018 score.

OJEE Merit List 2018

The merit list of OJEE 2018 will be released by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) tentatively in the month of July 2018. OJEE 2018 merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in JEE Main 2018. The merit list of OJEE will be prepared only for those candidates who have successfully applied for admission. OJEE merit list will display the name of the candidates and rank secured by them.

OJEE Result 2018

The result of OJEE for the special phase will be declared on August 11, 2017. Candidates appearing in special OJEE entrance examination can view their result. The rank card for candidates qualifying the examination will be available for download from August 12 onwards.

OJEE Counselling 2018

The counselling and seat allotment will be held for two to three rounds. Candidates must ensure to report for counselling along with all the necessary documents for verification purpose. Steps for online counselling and allotment of seats are as given below:

  • Online Registration

  • Online Choice Filling

  • Making of Payment of Counselling fee and paying registration fee

  • Verification of Documents, Final Choice filling and taking print out of the final seat.

  • Provisional OJEE Seat Allotment 2018 by the Board will be given.

  • Withdrawal process by candidates and non- reporting.

  • Final Allotment of Seats in allotted colleges.
