ONGC to Recruit 745 Graduate Trainees through GATE 2015

As per the latest notification, Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) has announced to recruit 745 Graduate Trainees (GTs) in Engineering and Geo- Sciences Discipline through GATE 2015.  ONGC has decided to scrap the written test for recruitment of Graduate Trainees. Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC) is a “Maharatna” Public Sector Enterprise engaged in the exploration and production of Oil and Gas in India and abroad.

Interested and eligible candidates willing to apply for post of Graduate Trainees (GTs) in ONGC will be required to fill and submit the online Application form of GATE 2015 which is scheduled to release on 1st September 2015.

GATE 2015

The application form of GATE 2015 will be accessible through GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) on the official website of GATE 2015, Zonal GATE websites of Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (i.e. Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee). GATE 2015 Entrance Exam will be conducted on 31st January, 1st, 7th, 8th and 14th February, 2015 for the admissions in the Postgraduate Engineering courses such as M.E., M.Tech etc. in the top engineering institutes in the country. Candidates will have to remit the application fee as applicable -

GATE 2015 Application Fee

  • Male Candidates (General/OBC)     -      Rs.1500
  • Women Candidates of any category   -  Rs.750
  • Other Candidates (General/OBC)     -    Rs.1500
  • SC / ST / PwD Category Candidates  -   Rs.750
