RTU CAM 2017 Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) will conduct the Common Admission for M.Tech and M.Arch (CAM) seat allocation. Numerous colleges and universities of the Rajasthan state will participate in the counselling process. GATE as well as Non-GATE, candidates will be allowed to apply for RTU CAM 2017. However, during the seat allocation priority will be given to the GATE qualifiers. The application form for RTU CAM 2017 will release in the month of May 2017. The candidates will be able to fill and submit it online. The entire process of choice filling will also be online, following which the merit list will be announced. The candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying. Such is because the ineligible candidates will not be granted admission. The eligibility requirement which the candidates must fulfil are as below:
Minimum Qualifying Marks -
Medical Fitness: To receive admission through the RTU CAM 2017, the candidates will also have to fulfil the medical criteria. The medical certificate is to be submitted during the document verification round and must have been prescribed by a Medical Officer of the Government of Rajasthan or a Registered Medical Practitioner. It should state that the candidate is fit for the engineering profession.

The seat reservation under RTU CAM is for the candidates belonging to reserved categories, like SC, ST, OBC, SBC, etc. The candidates seeking benefits of the reservation will be required to upload the document of proof while submitting the application form.

The Application Form of RTU CAM 2017 is released online only. The link to access it will be provided on this page. Both GATE and Non-GATE candidates will be required to submit the form. First, the candidates will have to register and pay the fee amount before filling the application form.
To register, candidates will have to submit their Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name and Date of Birth. Once the registration is done, candidates will have to submit the fee amount, which is Rs. 3000. The amount for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category has been relaxed by 50% and they just need to remit Rs. 1500. The payment of fee can be done through e-Mitra Kiosk or online payment gateways like Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
In return to fee payment, the candidates will get a transaction code. With the help of it, candidates will be able to access the application form and fill details, upload documents, make corrects in it, etc.
Once the application form is submitted, the candidates will have to login and submit the choices for the course and colleges. To submit the choice, candidates will have to login by entering 16 digits E-Mitra or Bill Desk Number, Mothers Name and Date of Birth. The available seats in all the colleges and departments will be displayed.
Candidates will be able to fill as many choices as they wish. It is advised to fill a maximum number of seats, in the order of priority. The choices can be re-arranged or altered but only before the final locking.
To allocate seat, RTU will prepare merit list. It will feature those candidates whose score will be more than the RTU CAM 2017 Cutoff. For the GATE and Non-GATE qualifiers separate merit list will be prepared
RTU CAM 2017 Merit List for GATE Qualifiers The candidates with GATE Score more than the cutoff will be featured in the merit list.
RTU CAM 2017 Merit List for Non-GATE Candidates While preparing the merit list for those with the M.Sc or MCA background, the score of these degree course shall be considered. However, for the Non-GATE candidates who do not possess respective degree, the marks of qualifying examination will be considered.

The candidate who would have cleared the qualifying examination earlier will be at advantage.
The Counselling of RTU CAM 2017 will consist of Seat Allotment and Reporting. The allocation of seat will be informed online. Candidates will be able to check it from the login, where the RTU CAM Seat Allotment letter will also be available. In all, there will be five round of RTU CAM 2017 Counselling and the seat allotment result will be released separately for each one of it.
The candidates will have the option to accept or withdraw the seat. Those who will accept the allotment will be required to report at the allotted centre. On the other hand, the candidates who are not satisfied with the allotment shall cancel it by submitting a letter for the same. At the reporting centre, the candidate has to be present in person and submit the course fee.
After receiving the provisional admission, candidates will have to report at the allocated institute. There the candidates will have to produce following documents:

Through RTU CAM 2017 will be held for the intake of candidates in Rajasthan but BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed and Private Institutes will not participate in it. The institute which will participate in the admission process are as below:
