The result will let the candidates know if they have qualified for the mains examination. IBPS had earlier announced the result for Officer Scale 1 on October 6. Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the mains scheduled to be held November 5 for Officer Scale 1,2 and 3 and November 12 for Office Assistant. As per the exam pattern, there be 200 questions in the mains exam of Officer Scale 1 and Office Assistant. Candidates will have to complete the exam in a composite time of 2 hours. IBPS RRB 2017 is conducted for recruitment of around 15260 Officers and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in 56 Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) of the country. IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria 2017

The eligibility criteria of IBPS RRB has been announced by exam conducting body, IBPS. The IBPS RRB eligibility criteria 2017 provides details regarding age and educational qualification which are required for applying to the post of Officers Scale I, II & III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The minimum age limit for IBPS RRB is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 40 years. Candidates must be a graduate in  any discipline. For Officers Scale II (General Banking Officer) (Manager) Above 21 years and below 32 years Graduation in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must also have two years work experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
For Officers Scale II (Specialist Officer) (Manager) Above 21 years and below 32 years Degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer science/Information Technology/CA/Law with 50 % marks in aggregate. Candidates must also possess the desired work experience as per the posts.
For Officers Scale III (Senior Manager) Above 21 years and below 40 Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates must have minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a bank or financial institutions.

IBPS RRB Application Form 2017

The application form of IBPS RRB 2017 will be released on July 24, 2017. Candidates should apply online for the exam. The last date to fill IBPS RRB application form 2017 is August 14. Candidates should pay the application fees while filling the application form. The application fees for general and OBC category is Rs 600, while the application fees for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Ser. candidates is Rs 100. Candidates can apply for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer. However, a candidate can apply only for either Officer Scale I or Scale II or III. Candidates should read the guidelines before filling the application form online. They should also ensure their eligibility for the posts before applying. IBPS RRB Result 2017

The result of IBPS RRB will be declared by IBPS in three stages. IBPS RRB selection procedure 2017

Candidates under IBPS RRB recruitment will be selected on the basis of mains examination and interview. Allotments in different RRBs will be done on the basis of their ranks in merit list and post preferences. The IBPS RRB selection procedure 2017 for different posts is given below.

  1. I got selected for OA but

    I need some clarification

    1. For (eg) the total qualifying score is 80, that means one should qualify in each section as well as one should get total score, now one more sentence says like this, TWS Cut-offs applied against 3 times the number of vacancies as reported by RRBs, and the TWS is 118.19 ( in case of OC) what this means.

    2. will all the persons who scored above 80 ( by passing each section as well as total qualifing score) will be called for the interview or only the persons who scored above 118.19 will be called for interview, please clarify this.
