IBPS RRB 2017: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced IBPS RRB 2017 final result on February 1, 2018. Final result and IBPS RRB 2017 interview result for Officers Scale I, II, III and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) has been released online. IBPS had released scores of qualified candidates for IBPS RRB 2017 main/single examination for recruitment of Officers Scale I, II and III on January 17, 2018. The scores of qualified candidates who have been called for interview have been released online. The admit card of IBPS RRB interview had been released for Officers Scale I, II and III posts on December 11, 2017. IBPS RRB 2017 interview rounds were held in December and January. Candidates shortlisted based on IBPS RRB result of mains exam are called for the interview. IBPS RRB 2017 Interview is co-ordinated by the nodal regional rural bank with the help of NABARD and IBPS. The interviews are conducted at the selected centres. The centre, address of test venue, date and time of interview are mentioned in the call letter. The marks allotted for interview is 100 and the minimum qualifying score for Officers Scale I, II and III is 40 % for general candidates while it is 35% for SC, ST, OBC and PwD categories. Allotment in various RRBs will be done based on candidate’s merit in CWE mains and preferences of banks. IBPS RRB 2017 is conducted for recruitment of around 15260 Officers and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in 56 Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) of the country. IBPS has released final result of IBPS RRB 2017 on February 1, 2018. Final result for provisional allotment has been released for Officers Scale I,II,III and Office Assistants (Multipurpose). The IBPS RRB result of mains and single online exam for recruitment of Officers Scale I, II, III had been decalred on January 17, 2018. Based on IBPS RRB result of mains examination for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), candidates have been selected for allotment process. Candidates who had applied for the post of Officers Scale I, II, III were shortlisted for interview based on their marks in mains examination. Final allotment in any of the 56 participating RRBs for the post of Officers Scale I, II, III will be done based on the marks in mains examination and interview. The marks obtained by candidates in prelims, mains and interview will be normalised to declare the result of IBPS RRB for each stage of selection procedure. The IBPS RRB result 2017 has been declared for only those candidates who have scored sectional as well as overall cut off score as per their category. Earlier, the result of IBPS RRB 2017 preliminary exam for the post of Office Assistants were declared on October 9, whereas the result for Officer Scale 1 was declared on October 6, 2017.

The eligibility criteria of IBPS RRB has been announced by exam conducting body, IBPS. The IBPS RRB eligibility criteria 2017 provides details regarding age and educational qualification which are required for applying to the post of Officers Scale I, II & III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The application form of IBPS RRB 2017 had been released on July 24, 2017. Candidates should apply online for the exam. The last date to fill IBPS RRB application form 2017 was August 14. Candidates should pay the application fees while filling the application form. The application fees for general and OBC category is Rs 600, while the application fees for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Ser. candidates is Rs 100. Candidates can apply for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer. However, a candidate can apply only for either Officer Scale I or Scale II or III. Candidates should read the guidelines before filling the application form online. They should also ensure their eligibility for the posts before applying.
