RRB NTPC 2016RRB NTPC 2016: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the normalised scores of candidates who had appeared in the 2nd stage CBT on May 25, 2017. The RRB NTPC 2016 2nd stage CBT was conducted from January 17 to 19, 2017. Candidates can check their normalised scores by entering User ID and Password. The aptitude test and typing skill test will be conducted in June/July 2017. Candidates provisionally shortlisted for Aptitude Test and typing skill test for the posts of Assistant Station Master (ASM), Traffic Assistant, Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist, Senior Clerk-cum-Typist, Commercial Apprentice, Traffic Apprentice, ECRC and Goods Guard. RRB NTPC 2016 Revised Vacancy Details

Candidates who appeared in the 2nd stage CBT were asked to exercise their option of filling fresh post preferences from May 8 to 14. Based on the options received, the initial post preferences filled up at the time of application have been extracted and interpolated. The revised vacancy details are given below.

RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria 2016 

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible to apply:

  • Educational: Candidates should possess the requisite educational qualification from the recognized University, Board/Institute. Also, Typing proficiency in English/ Hindi on Computer is essential for the applicable post. Refer the notice for more details.
  • Candidates awaiting their final examination results can not apply
  • Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on 01 January 2016. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for Pwd (UR), 13 years for PWD (OBC), 15 years for PwD (SC/ ST) as per the Government rules.

RRB NTPC Application Form 2016

Application Fee : The fee of Rs. 100/- is to be paid either via internet banking, Debit Cards etc. or by way of Challan to be deposited in any branch of SBI or Computerized Post Office Pay-In-Slip.

Fee-exempted : SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen/ Persons with Disability/ Women/ Minorities/ Transgender and Economically Backward Classes with annual income less than Rs. 50000/- are exempted from fee payment.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2016

The online computer based exam be objective based exam comprised of multiple choice questions from General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning. Total number of questions will be 100 to be completed in the duration of 90 minutes. The question paper is available in the following 15 languages - English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Konkani, Odia, Assamese, Bengali, Manipuri, Malayalam & Urdu.

RRB Admit Card 2016

The e-admit card of the candidates has been uploaded on the official website of Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). A link is also provided above to access the admit card. Candidates will also be notified through SMS and email messages. Candidates will be required to take the print of their admit card and bring the same along with them to the respective exam centre.

RRB NTPC Cutoff 2016

Candidates are required to secure the minimum score out in order to pass the RRB NTPC Computer-Based Test. The minimum score is referred as the cut-off of NTPC. The RRB NTPC cutoff 2016 will be declared by RRB along with the result in May 2017.

RRB NTPC Result 2016

The scores obtained by candidates in RRB NTPC 2nd stage CBT has been released by RRB. However, candidates provisionally shortlisted for aptitude test and typing skill test will be made available soon. Candidates based on their marks in 2nd stage CBT will be called for aptitude test/document verification/skill test. Candidates equal to eight times the number of vacancies shall be called for Aptitute Test/Typing Skill Test. The final result of RRB NTPC 2016 for the post of ASM & Traffic Assistant will be declared based on the marks obtained in aptitude test and 2nd stage CBT. The result for the post of Jr. Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist and Sr. Clerk-cum -Typist, Commercial Apprentice, Traffic Apprentice, ECRC & Goods Guard will be declared on the basis of marks obtained in 2nd stage CBT only. 

 RRB NTPC Answer Key 2016

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the Answer Key of RRB NTPC 2016. Candidates who have appeared for the Computer Based Test (CBT) should check the Answer Key of RRB NTPC 2016 from here. To access the Answer Key of RRB NTPC, candidates will have to enter User ID and User Password.

RRB NTPC Selection Procedure 2016

The process of selection is comprised of the following: Common Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by the Typing Skill Test/ Aptitude Test and lastly Document Verification. Candidates will have to qualify for all the stages for final selection. The date and time of the Computer Based Test will be intimated to the candidates separately.
