SSC MTS Syllabus 2017: The syllabus of SSC MTS provides details of the topics and chapters to be covered for the exam. The SSC MTS 2017 Paper 1 comprises of General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and General Awareness. The SSC MTS syllabus 2017 includes topics that candidates need to study from each section while preparing for the exam. The SSC MTS 2017 syllabus has been defined by Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The SSC MTS comprises of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. As per the exam pattern of SSC MTS, Paper 1 exam will be conducted in Computer based mode carrying objective type questions. SSC MTS Paper 2 will be descriptive type that tests the language skills of candidates. The total marks allotted for SSC MTS Paper 1 is 150 while Paper 2 carries 50 marks. There is also negative marks for wrong answer in Paper 1. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
