BLAT 2018 Every year, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducts BHU Law Admission Test (BLAT) across various cities in a pen-paper based mode. BLAT 2018 is held for admission to the 60 BA LLB seats of the university. BHU online registration rounds will commence from the first week of February 2018 and aspirants (General category) with at least 50% in their Class 12 board or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for the test. BLAT 2018 is expected to be held on May 2018 and the test will include 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). BLAT eligibility criteria 2018

BA LLB aspirants applying for BLAT are advised to be familiar with the eligibility norms. The BLAT eligibility criteria are the minimum requirements that each candidate must fulfill. Failing to meet any of the BLAT 2018 eligibility norms will lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of admission process. According to the eligibility norms of BHU law admission test 2018, aspirants who are appearing or have passed their Class 12 board or equivalent examination can apply for the test. The minimum marks to be obtained in the qualifying exams are as follows -

  • General category: 50%
  • Other Backward Class (OBC): 45%
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST): 40%

BLAT 2018 application form

BHU will release the BLAT application form online from the first week of February 2018. Aspirants must fill the application form and submit the same within the last date. To fill the application form of BLAT 2018, applicants can follow the steps provided below -

Step 1 - BLAT registration: To start with the BLAT application process, applicants are required to register by entering their email ID, date of birth, mobile number and other required details.

Step 2 Selection of programme: Only after successful registration, candidates will be able to access the BLAT application form. First, applicants are required to select the course they are applying before they start filling the application form.

Step 3 Filling of BLAT application form: Now, students can fill their application form with all the necessary details, select their exam city and upload the required images.

Step 4 Reviewing the filled application details: After filling the details, candidates are required to review the form and make sure there are no errors.

Step 5 Payment of BLAT application fee: Once the applicants are confirmed that they have filled all details correctly, then they can pay the application fee.

BLAT 2018 exam centre 2018

The BHU law entrance exam will be held across various test centres located in 16 (approx.) cities. As mentioned above, candidates can select one test city while filling the application form. Complete address of the BLAT exam centre will be mentioned on the admit card. After completion of the application process, an exam centre will be allotted. Applicants must note that BHU wont be accepting any request for changing the test centre.

BLAT 2018 admit card

The BLAT admit card will be available online for candidates who have applied for the test before the last date. A week before the conduct of BLAT 2018, BHU will be releasing the admit card. SMS and email alerts regarding the issuance of BLAT admit card 2018 will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID of the candidates. To download BLAT hall ticket, candidates are required to provide their email ID or their exam registration ID. After downloading the hall ticket, candidates must paste a passport size photograph similar to the one uploaded in the application form. On the day of the exam, candidates must carry the admit card to the exam hall. Also, after the conduct of the test, candidates must keep the admit card safe till the conclusion of the admission process.

BLAT 2018 exam pattern

The test will be held in a pen-paper based mode. As per the BLAT exam pattern, the question booklet will include 150 MCQs and to complete the test, 2 hours will be allotted to test takers. For every correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded while 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. No marks will be added or deducted for unanswered questions.

BLAT 2018 syllabus

There is no official notification regarding BLAT syllabus. However, after analysing previous years BLAT question booklets, Entrance Corner provides the list of topics on which the MCQs will be based, which is -

BLAT 2018 sample paper

After going through the syllabus and test pattern, candidates can start solving the BLAT sample papers. Solving these sample papers of BLAT will help candidates to have a better understanding of the test structure and topics on which the questions will be based. BLAT 2018 exam day guidelines

On exam day, candidates must reach the test centre at least 30 minutes before the exam starts along with their admit card. Candidates failing to carry their admit card wont be allowed to enter the exam hall and write the test. Also, they must bring a Black or Blue ballpoint pen to write their details and mark their answers. Once the exam starts, candidates wont be allowed to leave the hall till the test ends.

BLAT answer key 2018

After the conduct of BHU law admission test, the university will release the answer keys online. Test takers are required to download BLAT answer key and start matching the keys against their responses. Candidates are advised to go through the keys and in case of any errors in them, they can raise an objection and submit the same within the time-period.

BLAT 2018 result

The university will release BLAT result online and it will provide the qualifying status, rank obtained and other details about the candidates. Also, an SMS and an email will be sent to the candidates registered mobile number and email address providing their marks, overall merit and category-wise merit. To check the BLAT 2018 result, candidates are required to enter their examination roll number.

BLAT 2018 cut off

Candidates who have appeared in the test must score the minimum cutoff marks to get shortlisted for the counselling rounds. BLAT cutoff ranks are the minimum ranks that test takers must obtain to get shortlisted for the counselling rounds. Based on various factors like the number of seats, difficulty level of the test and total number of candidates, BLAT 2018 cutoff will be prepared. The required cutoff ranks of BLAT will vary with the category of candidates.

BLAT 2018 counselling

Only the candidates obtaining the required ranks will be shortlisted for the BLAT counselling rounds. These shortlisted candidates will be sent a call letter which will provide the details about the counselling schedule and procedure. Candidates receiving the call letters are required to fill the online preference entry form. As per the counselling schedule, students are required to visit the BLAT counselling venue along with all the required documents to complete the admission process. After allotment of seats candidates are required to pay the fees within the last date. Failing to make the payment will lead to cancellation of the allotted seats.

AILET 2018AILET 2018 – National Law University (NLU), Delhi will be conducting All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) in a paper-based mode on May 6, 2018, for admission to the 80 B.A. LL.B seats of NLU Delhi. The AILET 2018 application form will be available online in the first week of January and candidates with at least 50% in their Class 12 board or equivalent exam can apply for the test. AILET eligibility criteria 2018

It is important for the BA LLB aspirants applying for AILET to fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Failing to fulfill any of the AILET eligibility criteria 2018 will lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage of the admission process. As per the eligibility criteria of AILET 2018, candidates must have 50% in their Class 12 board exam or equivalent examination. Also, candidates who are appearing in for the class 12/HSC are also eligible to apply for the test.

AILET application form 2018

NLU Delhi will be releasing the AILET application form 2018 online in the first week of January 2018. Applicants must make sure they apply for the test within the time-period in order to appear for the test. The AILET 2018 application process can be divided into the following steps -

  • Step 3: Uploading scanned copy of photograph and signature

AILET exam centre 2018

It is expected that AILET will be held across various exam centres located around 43 different cities. On the day of the test, aspirants must make sure that they reach the exam centre as per the prescribed time along with the required documents. While filling the application form, candidates can select up to three AILET exam cities according to their preference. On the basis the candidate’s preference, an AILET exam centre will be allotted. After the allotment of the test centre, the university won’t accept any request to change the test centre.

AILET admit card 2018

Aspirants who have successfully applied for AILET 2018 will be issued the admit card. The AILET admit card will be available online and to download the same, candidates are required to provide their name or application number and date of birth. The admit card of AILET 2018 will provide details about the candidate, exam, address of the test centre, exam timing and much more. Candidates are advised to make sure that all the details are correct. In case of any error in the admit card details, then they must contact the exam officials and rectify the same. Even after the conduct of the test, candidates are advised to keep the admit card till the conclusion of the admission rounds.

AILET exam pattern 2018

NLU Delhi will be conducting AILET 2018 in a paper-based mode and the test will include 150 MCQs. To complete the exam, test takers will be allotted 1 hour 30 minutes. Each correct answer will carry 1 mark while zero marks will be added or deducted for unattempted and wrong answers. The MCQs will be divided into five sections, which are - English, General Knowledge, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Legal Aptitude. AILET syllabus 2018

As per the official website of NLU Delhi, the questions of AILET will be based on topics such as Basic Mathematics, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude, English and Logical Reasoning. AILET exam day guidelines 2018

On the day of the exam, candidates must reach the test centre according to the prescribed time on the admit card. Test takers reaching the exam centre late will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and write the test. Candidates must make sure to carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre. If they fail to produce the admit card or the ID, then they will not be allowed to enter the test venue. Also, they must avoid carrying any electronic device to the examination centre such as – mobile phone, pager, laptops, calculators, etc.

AILET answer key 2018

Within a week after the conduct of the test, NLU Delhi will be releasing the AILET answer key online. The answer key of AILET 2018 will be available in a pdf format and test takers are required to match the keys against their answers and calculate their scores as per the marking scheme of the test. In case of any errors in the answer keys, candidates can raise objections and submit the same to the exam officials. After receiving all the objections within a specified time period, the exam officials will be releasing the final answer key.

AILET result 2018

NLU Delhi will be announcing the result within a month after the conduct of the test. The AILET result will be available online in a pdf format and it will provide the candidate’s name, roll number and score. The AILET result will be available in the following categories –

AILET cut off 2018

The cutoff marks are the minimum marks that test takers must obtain to get be eligible for the pre-admission rounds of the university. The AILET cutoff is 40% for the General category candidates while 30% for the candidates applying under Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST). However, candidates must note that obtaining at least the AILET cutoff scores does not shortlist them for the counselling rounds. After the announcement of the result, NLU Delhi will be releasing the list of shortlisted according to their marks obtained. The higher the marks, more are the chances of getting shortlisted.

AILET Counselling 2018

Candidates who have obtained the required score will have their names, marks and other details printed on the merit list. They will also receive a letter for admission and are required to pay the counselling fee within the mentioned time period. The AILET counselling rounds will be held offline i.e. the shortlisted candidates who have paid the fee are required to visit the NLU Delhi campus along with the required documents to complete the admission process. After the conduct of the counselling rounds, if seats remain vacant then a spot counselling round will be held to fill the vacant seats.

AIBE 2018AIBE 2018 The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a screening test conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) which allows law graduates to practice at any court in India. The exam is held twice a year in March and December. Candidates qualifying AIBE 2018 will be issued the Certificate of Practice, through which they will be able to practice their profession across the country. The AIBE XI application form is available both online and offline from September 1, and the last date to apply is October 31, 2017. To apply for AIBE 11, applicants must be an advocate enrolled to a State Bar Council between 2010 and 2017. The application fee of All India Bar Examination is Rs. 3560 for the General and Other Backward Class (OBC) category applicants, and Rs. 2560 for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates. AIBE 2018 eligibility criteria

Applicants must make sure that they fulfill the AIBE eligibility criteria 2018. If aspirants fail to meet any of the eligibility criteria, then they will be disqualified at any stage of the admission rounds. As per the AIBE XI 2018 eligibility norms, aspirants must have an LLB degree from an Institute recognised by the Bar Council of India. Also, they must be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council within the year 2010 and 2017. Candidates who have applied under the SC and ST category are required to upload the required certificates to support their reservation.

AIBE 2018 application form

The application form of AIBE XI is available online and offline. To apply for the test, aspirants must fill the AIBE application form 2018 and successfully submit the same with the last date. All the details entered in the application form must be free from any discrepancies. The online AIBE 2018 application process can be divided into six steps, which are -

AIBE 2018 application fee

As mentioned above, the application fee is Rs. 3560 for General and OBC category applicants and Rs. 2560 for the SC and ST aspirants. The AIBE 2018 application fee is non-refundable. To pay the fee, candidates are required to print the challan after successfully registering for AIBE. Now, applicants are required to visit the nearest State Bank of India (SBI) and pay the amount. After payment, aspirants are required to upload the payment details to complete the AIBE application process.

AIBE 2018 exam centre

The AIBE XI will be held across 43 test cities. While filling the application form, candidates are required to select up to 3 test cities and based on their selection, an AIBE exam centre will be allotted. The complete details on the hall ticket will be mentioned on the hall ticket of AIBE 2018. After allotment of the examination centre, the exam officials wont entertain any request for changing the exam centre.

AIBE XI admit card

Applicants who have successfully submitted the application form can download the AIBE admit card. On the day of the test, candidates must carry the admit card to the examination hall along with a valid photo ID. On the AIBE 2018 admit card, details about the candidate like name, candidates fathers name, enrollment number, choice of language, preferred exam centre, photograph, signature, address of the examination centre, timing of the test and much more. Before entering the examination hall, advocates are required to produce the admit card to the invigilator. If candidates fail to produce the admit card, then they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and write the test.

AIBE (11) exam pattern

The test will be held in a paper-based mode and candidates can appear for the test in 11 national languages, which are -

  1. Assamese
  2. Bengali
  3. English
  4. Gujarati
  5. Hindi
  6. Kannada
  7. Marathi
  8. Oriya
  9. Punjabi
  10. Tamil
  11. Telugu

The test will include 100 MCQs and candidates will be allotted 3 hours 30 minutes to complete the test. The questions will be divided into two parts i.e. Category I and II. In the first category, there will be 77 questions and 23 questions in the second category. Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. AIBE XI Syllabus

The questions in AIBE 2018 will be based on 19 subjects as prescribed by Bar Council of India. AIBE 2018 entrance test will include questions on topics like Alternative Dispute Resolution, Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act, Constitutional Law, Company Law, Environmental Law, Family Law, Human Rights Law and much more. AIBE (11) sample paper

After going through the syllabus of the test, applicants are advised to solve the AIBE sample papers. By solving these AIBE 2018 sample papers, aspirants will become aware of their preparation level. AIBE Result 2018

Within three months after the conduct of the test, BCI will be announcing the result of AIBE XI. BCI will release the AIBE result online and candidates are required to enter their roll number and date of birth to check the same. The AIBE XI result will provide the candidates qualifying status along with other details like - name, fathers/husbands name, roll number, registration number, enrollment number, result status, photograph & signature. To qualify the test, aspirants are required to score at least 40 out of 100 in the test. How to recheck AIBE result?

Dates and details regarding the rechecking of the result are yet to be announced. In order to get the answer sheets re-checked, test takers are required to fill in the Rechecking Request Form. Candidates are required to submit the form along with a fee and within seven days after submitting the form, aspirants will be informed about the rechecking process. Test takers can also visit the Bar Council of India to book a time slot and recheck the answers by themselves. The fee to recheck is Rs. 200 and it can be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Bar Council of India payable at Delhi.

DU LLB Eligibility 2018

It is important for aspirants to fulfill all the DU LLB eligibility norms in order to avoid disqualification at any stage of the admission rounds. DU LLB eligibility criteria are the required norms that candidates must fulfill. Applicants must note that the DU LLB entrance test eligibility norms will vary with the category of candidates. As per the orders of the Supreme Court of India, the age limit has been removed i.e. LLB aspirants from any age group can apply for the test. DU LLB application form 2018

University of Delhi will release the law entrance test application form online and candidates can follow the steps provided below to apply -

  • Step 1: DU LLB Registration 2018 To start with DU LLB application process, candidates are required to register for the test by entering their email ID, mobile number and creating a password
  • Step 2: Enter personal and academic details On successful registration, candidates are required to enter their personal details such as their name, date of birth, category, etc.
  • Step 3: Uploading of image and signature Candidates must upload their latest scanned image of their passport size photograph, signature, photo ID proof, birth certificate and certificates to support their reservation (if applicable)
  • Step 4: Educational details, selection of programme & exam centre Applicants must enter their academic details and then select LL.B from the list of programmes. Also, they are required to select an examination centre from the given options
  • Step 5: Bank account details and preview Now, aspirants are required to enter their bank account details and then preview their form
  • Step 6: Payment of DU LLB application fee The DU LLB 2018 application fee can be paid online i.e. through debit card, credit card or net banking

DU LLB exam centre 2018

DU LLB will be held in exam centres located across various cities. Last year, the DU LLB exam centres were located across six cities. While filling the application form, applicants can select one DU LLB test city as per their preference. After the conclusion of the application process, the university will allot a DU LLB test centre based on the candidates city preference. The complete address of the test centre will be mentioned on the admit card. Aspirants are advised to select the test city carefully since they wont be able to make any changes regarding the city after completion of the application process.

DU LLB admit card 2018

Candidates who have successfully applied for the test within the last date will be issued the DU LLB admit card. Aspirants must note that the university wont be sending any hard copy of the admit card to their registered address via post or courier. DU LLB 2018 admit card is an important document and candidates must carry the same to the examination centre along with a photo ID. If candidates fail to carry the admit card of DU LLB or the ID card, then they wont be allowed to enter the exam hall and write the test. Also, after the conduct of the test, candidates are advised to keep the DU LLB admit card safe until the conclusion of the admission process.

DU LLB exam pattern 2018

As mentioned earlier, Delhi University will be conducting its LLB entrance test in a paper-based mode and there will be 175 MCQs. Each correct answer will carry 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong attempt. No marks will be added or deducted for unattempted questions. To complete the test, candidates will be allotted 2 hours. Aspirants are advised to go through the test pattern to become familiar with the structure of the test.

DU LLB exam day guidelines 2018

On the day of the test, aspirants are advised to reach the DU LLB exam centres at least an hour before the test starts. The gates of the examination centre will be closed 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the test and no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination after the gates are closed. Also, candidates who fail to produce their DU LLB admit card and a photo ID will not be allowed to enter the test centre and write the exam. Candidates must avoid carrying any electronic device or unnecessary piece of paper to the examination hall.

DU LLB answer key 2018

Within 24 hours after the conduct of the test, University of Delhi will release the answer key of LLB entrance test. DU LLB answer key will be available online and candidates can crosscheck the keys with their answers. In case of any discrepancy in the answer key, test takers can raise an objection regarding within 48 hours from the time of uploading of the DU LLB answer keys.

DU LLB result 2018

Within a week or two after the conduct of DU LLB 2018, the result will be announced. The DU LLB result will be available online in a pdf format. DU LLB result will provide the candidates roll number, name, category, marks obtained in the test, category-wise and overall rank obtained.

After the announcement of the result, test takers can make a request to the university to obtain OMR response sheet copy. However, candidates are required to make the request within 7 days of the announcement of the result with a fee of Rs. 500.

DU LLB merit list 2018

DU LLB counselling 2018

Candidates whose names are in the merit list are required to visit the designated centres to participate in the counselling rounds. DU LLB counselling will be held offline i.e. the shortlisted candidates are required to visit the designated test centres along with the required documents. Failing to report to the counselling venue as per the schedule or unable produce the necessary documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

DU LLB seat allotment 2018

University of Delhi will be allotting seats to its LLB programme on the basis of candidates score. However, on the day of counselling, candidates are required to be present at the venue as per the time and date along with all the necessary documents. BHU LLB 2018 eligibility criteria

It is important for the LLB aspirants to check the eligibility norms of BHU LLB 2018 before applying for the test. Candidates who fail to meet any of the BHU law eligibility norms will be disqualified at any stage of admission rounds. Applicants must have a minimum 50% in all the subjects of the three years that contributed in the final BA, BSc, BCom or Shastri (10+2+3) degree. According to the directives of the Bar Council of India (BCI), aspirants who have obtained their 10+2, Bachelors degree or Masters degree through an open University directly without any basic qualification are not eligible for admission to the BHU law programmes.

BHU LLB application form 2018

The BHU Law application form 2018 will be available online in the first week of March 2018. The application process of BHU LLB 2018 can be filled in five stages which are -

  • Step 1: First applicants have to register themselves for the exam by providing their email ID, name, date of birth, mobile number and other important information
  • Step 2: On successful registration, applicants will be able to fill BHU LLB application form
  • Step 3: Fill the application form of BHU law entrance exam 2018 with all the required details
  • Step 4: Review the filled application form and make the necessary corrections before submitting the same
  • Step 5: Payment of application fee through online (net banking, credit card and debit card) and offline (payment of cash at any branch of HDFC through the challan)

After the submission of the BHU law entrance test application form, candidates are not required send filled in application form to the examination authority.

BHU LLB exam centre 2018

BHU UET LLB 2018 will be held across 16 (approx.) cities. During the application process, applicants are required to select a city from the drop-down list according to their preference. Candidates can select up to five exam cities according to their preference. Based on the candidates exam city preference, a centre will be allotted. Complete details about the BHU LLB exam centre will be printed on the admit card. After the allotment of the test centre of BHU LLB, candidates wont be able to change it. The university holds the right to cancel any exam centre (except Varanasi). On the day of BHU LLB 2018 entrance test, candidates must reach the exam centre according to the prescribed time.

Note: All the Visually challenged candidates will be allotted Varanasi centre only.

BHU LLB admit card 2018

Banaras Hindu University will release the admit card online and candidates will be notified regarding the release of the hall ticket via SMS or email. BHU LLB admit card 2018 is an important document and aspirants must download the same. To download BHU law admit card, candidates are required to provide their email ID or registration ID. Details about BHU UET 2018, examination centre and the candidate will be printed on the admit card. Also, in the provided space, aspirants are required to paste a passport size photograph (the same one which was uploaded in the application form). On the day of the test, aspirant must carry the BHU law admit card to examination hall and produce it to the invigilator before entering the exam hall. Candidates failing to produce the admit card of BHU LLB 2018 will not be allowed to enter the examination hall and write the test. Even after the conduct of BHU UET law 2018, test takers are advised to keep the admit card safe.

BHU LLB exam pattern 2018

BHU LLB entrance exam will be held pen and paper based mode for admission to the LLB programmes of the university. The question booklet of BHU UET law will include 150 MCQs divided among four sections - Common Legal Knowledge, General Awareness and Current Affairs, Aptitude and Mental Ability and Language Comprehension. To complete the test, candidates will be allotted 120 minutes. Each correct answer will be awarded 3 marks while 1 mark will be deducted for wrong attempts. There will be two sets of MCQs for the Language Comprehension section, one in Hindi and other in English.

A week after the conduct of the exam, BHU will release the provisional answer keys for all the sets. Test takers are required to download the BHU LLB answer key 2018 and match the provided keys against their answers. For every correct match, candidates are required to award 3 marks while deducting 1 mark for each wrong answer. In case of any error in the answer key, candidates can file objections within the prescribed time-period.

BHU LLB result 2018

The BHU LLB result will be announced tentatively in June. Also, the university will send the candidates marks, overall merit and merit within the category via SMS and email to their registered mobile number and email address. To check the result of BHU LLB 2018, candidates are required to enter their roll number. A merit list will also be released with the announcement of the result and it will provide the candidates name, qualifying status and rank.

BHU LLB cut off 2018

The BHU LLB cutoff is the minimum marks required to qualify the exam. Based on the marks scored, rank will be allotted to candidates accordingly merit list will be prepared. Candidates will be called for counselling as their rank in merit list and counselling will be done for allotment of seats.

BHU LLB counselling 2018

Through a computerised counselling process, candidates will be allotted seats to the LLB seats of the university. Only the test takers who have listed in rank list will be called for counselling. The allotment of seats will be solely on the basis on rank of candidates. A call letter will be issued to the shortlisted candidates.
