AIBE 2018 – The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a screening test conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) which allows law graduates to practice at any court in India. The exam is held twice a year in March and December. Candidates qualifying AIBE 2018 will be issued the Certificate of Practice, through which they will be able to practice their profession across the country. The AIBE XI application form is available both online and offline from September 1, and the last date to apply is October 31, 2017. To apply for AIBE 11, applicants must be an advocate enrolled to a State Bar Council between 2010 and 2017. The application fee of All India Bar Examination is Rs. 3560 for the General and Other Backward Class (OBC) category applicants, and Rs. 2560 for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates. The test will be held on December 3 in the paper-based mode and aspirants will have the choice to take the exam in one of the 11 national languages including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. AIBE 2018 eligibility criteria
Applicants must make sure that they fulfill the AIBE eligibility criteria 2018. If aspirants fail to meet any of the eligibility criteria, then they will be disqualified at any stage of the admission rounds. As per the AIBE XI 2018 eligibility norms, aspirants must have an LLB degree from an Institute recognised by the Bar Council of India. Also, they must be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council within the year 2010 and 2017. Candidates who have applied under the SC and ST category are required to upload the required certificates to support their reservation.
AIBE 2018 application form
The application form of AIBE XI is available online and offline. To apply for the test, aspirants must fill the AIBE application form 2018 and successfully submit the safe with the last date. AIBE 2018 application fee
As mentioned above, the application fee is Rs. 3560 for General and OBC category applicants and Rs. 2560 for the SC and ST aspirants. The AIBE 2018 application fee is non-refundable. To pay the fee, candidates are required to print the challan after successfully registering for AIBE. Now, applicants are required to visit the nearest State Bank of India (SBI) and pay the amount. After payment, aspirants are required to upload the payment details to complete the AIBE application process.
AIBE 2018 exam centre
The AIBE XI will be held across 43 test cities. While filling the application form, candidates are required to select up to 3 test cities and based on their selection, an AIBE exam centre will be allotted. The complete details on the hall ticket will be mentioned on the hall ticket of AIBE 2018. After allotment of the examination centre, the exam officials won’t entertain any request for changing the exam centre.
AIBE XI admit card
Applicants who have successfully submitted the application form will be issued the AIBE admit card. On the day of the test, candidates must carry the admit card to the examination hall along with a valid photo ID. On the AIBE 2018 admit card, details about the candidate like name, candidate’s father’s name, enrollment number, choice of language, preferred exam centre, photograph, signature, address of the examination centre, timing of the test and much more. Before entering the examination hall, advocates are required to produce the admit card to the invigilator. If candidates fail to produce the admit card, then they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and write the test.
AIBE (11) exam pattern

The test will include 100 MCQs and candidates will be allotted 3 hours 30 minutes to complete the test. The questions will be divided into two parts i.e. Category I and II. In the first category, there will be 77 questions and 23 questions in the second category. Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. AIBE XI Syllabus
The questions in AIBE 2018 will be based on 19 subjects as prescribed by Bar Council of India. AIBE (11) sample paper
After going through the syllabus of the test, applicants are advised to solve the AIBE sample papers. By solving these AIBE 2018 sample papers, aspirants will become aware of their preparation level. Once candidates are done solving the AIBE XI practice papers, they are advised to analyse their answers. AIBE Result 2018
Within three months after the conduct of the test, BCI will be announcing the result of AIBE XI. BCI will release the AIBE result online and candidates are required to enter their roll number and date of birth to check the same. The AIBE XI result will provide the candidate’s qualifying status along with other details like – name, father’s/husband’s name, roll number, registration number, enrollment number, result status, photograph & signature. To qualify the test, aspirants are required to score at least 40 out of 100 in the test. How to recheck AIBE result?
Dates and details regarding the rechecking of the result are yet to be announced. In order to get the answer sheets re-checked, test takers are required to fill in the Rechecking Request Form. Candidates are required to submit the form along with a fee and within seven days after submitting the form, aspirants will be informed about the rechecking process. Test takers can also visit the Bar Council of India to book a time slot and recheck the answers by themselves. The fee to recheck is Rs. 200 and it can be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Bar Council of India payable at Delhi.
