About the AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2017
The All India Bar Examination will be held in an off line mode and the qualifying candidates will be awarded the Certificate of Practice. Once the candidates are awarded the Certificate of Practice, they will be eligible to exercise their legal profession. Important Points regarding the AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2017
Some important points regarding the eligibility norms for AIBE X that the candidates must keep in mind while applying for the test are –
- These eligibility norms are decided by the Bar Council of India, therefore the candidates must meet them without any fail.
- The candidates failing to meet any of the eligibility norms are advised not to apply.
- Failing to meet any of the norms may lead to the cancellation of the candidature.
- The application fee for AIBE 2017 is non-refundable.
The test is held for granting the Certificate of Practice to the qualifying candidates and these candidates will be eligible to exercise their legal practice in India. The test will be held in an offline format around the 1st week of March 2017.
As mentioned above, the application process for AIBE X has commenced and the candidates can access the registration form from the link provided above. The candidates fulfilling all the eligibility norms can fill in the form until February 26, 2017. The All India Bar Examination is a national level exam that will be held in an offline mode and the candidates who qualify in the test will be granted the Certificate of Practice. After earning this certificate, the candidate will be able to practice their legal profession all over India.
The candidates who have submitted the application form before the deadline will be issued the AIBE admit card 2017 on March 15, 2017. The hall ticket is an important document and the candidates must carry the same to the exam hall on the day of the test.
Before the candidates start with the application process, the candidates are advised to check the AIBE exam pattern. With the help of the test pattern, the candidates will become familiar with the structure of the question paper and distribution of marks. The candidates will be provided 210 minutes, which is 3 hours 30 minutes, to complete the test. There will be a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions from 20 different topics.
