AIBE Syllabus 2018 – The Bar Council of India (BCI) will be conducting All India Bar Examination on December 3, 2017. The test will be held offline and the AIBE syllabus 2018 will be based on topics such as Constitutional law, Indian Penal Code (IPC), Evidence Act, Family law, Company law, Public Interest Litigation, Labour and Industrial law etc. With the help of AIBE XI syllabus, aspirants will be able to prepare accordingly and avoid wasting time on unnecessary topics. Through the AIBE syllabus 2018, candidates will become familiar with the various topics and sub-topics on which the paper will be based. The test includes 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and BCI has released the list of topics of AIBE 11 syllabus on which these questions will be based. As mentioned above, BCI will be conducting AIBE XI in paper-based mode and it will include 100 Multiple Choice Questions. To start preparing for AIBE 2018, first, aspirants are advised to understand the exam pattern. After understanding the test structure, candidates can start going through the AIBE syllabus 2018 to know about the topics on which the MCQs will be based. Once the aspirants have covered all the topics of the AIBE XI syllabus, they can start solving the sample papers. Solving these AIBE sample papers regularly will help candidates to improve their preparation level. After solving each paper, aspirants are advised to analyse their answers to know their strengths and weaknesses. Also, while solving the sample papers, applicants are advised to keep the track of time and try solving the paper within 3 hours 30 minutes. Every year the AIBE is conducted twice a year by BCI in a paper-based mode. The test includes 100 MCQs based on various topics. Details about the AIBE syllabus 2018 is provided by the conducting body months before the conduct of the test. AIBE 2018 is an open-book test i.e. candidates can carry study materials, books, notes, etc. to the examination hall. However, they are not allowed to carry any electronic device inside the exam hall. The total marks of the test are 100 and candidates obtaining at least 40 marks in the exam will be awarded the Certificate of Practice.
