AILET admit card 2018 – National Law University (NLU) will be issuing the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2018 admit card online. The date for the release of AILET admit card 2018 is yet to be announced, however, it is expected to be available from the fourth week of April 2018. The AILET hall ticket will be available till the day of the test i.e. May 6, 2018. To download AILET admit card 2018, candidates can either provide their name or application number and their date of birth. Admit card of AILET is an important document and candidates must carry it to the exam hall along with a valid photo ID on the exam day. Q. Do I have to paste my photograph in the AILET admit card?

Ans. No, there is no requirement of pasting any photograph in the AILET admit card.

Q. Some of my details in the AILET 2018 admit card are wrong. How can I correct them?

Q. Will NLU Delhi send AILET admit card 2018 through post or courier?

Ans. No, the university won’t be sending any hard copy of the AILET hall ticket to the registered address of candidates.

AILET 2018 Exam day guidelines

On exam day i.e. May 6, 2018, candidates must reach the test centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the test. Candidates reaching the AILET exam venue 15 minutes after the commencement of the test will not be allowed to enter. Also, candidates must make sure to carry the following items to the exam hall -

  • AILET admit card 2018
  • A photo ID (e.g. - PAN card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, etc.)
  • Ball Point Pen to write their roll no. and other details on OMR sheets
  • HB Pencils to darken the circle against the correct answers

Note: Candidates must make sure they don’t carry any electronic device such as mobile phones, pagers, laptops, etc. inside the examination hall.

About exam

The All India Law Entrance Test will be held in a pencil-paper based mode for admission to the 80 BA LLB seats of NLU Delhi. The test includes 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based on topics such as English language, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Mathematics, Legal Aptitude and Reasoning. To complete the test, candidates will be provided 1 hour 30 minutes. Each correct answer will carry 1 mark while zero marks will be added or deducted wrong answers. To pass the test, candidates from the General category are required to score at least 40% while the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe test takers are required to obtain at least 30%. The result will be available online within a week after the conduct of the test. Based on the candidate’s score, they will be shortlisted for the pre-admission rounds of the university.
