BCI conducts AIBE X on March 26Across 40 Indian cities, the Bar Council of India conducted the All India Bar Examination 10, on March 26, 2017. AIBE 2017 was held in a paper-based mode in 8 different languages. There was a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions in the question booklet from 20 different topics. The question booklet was divided into 2 categories and the duration of the test was 3 hours 30 minutes. The result is expected to be held announced in the 3rd week of June 2017. The candidates qualifying in the entrance test will be issued the Certificate of Practice, through which they will be able to practice their legal profession.


AIBE Exam Pattern 2017

As mentioned above, the question booklet consisted of 100 MCQs which were based on 20 different topics prescribed by BCI. The candidates were provided 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the test. The test was held in 08 different languages and the candidates can opt for any of the following languages -

  • Hindi
  • Kannada
  • Marathi
  • Oriya
  • Tamil
  • Tamil
  • Telugu

AIBE Syllabus 2017

The MCQs were based on 20 different topics which were covered during the 3 years or 5 years LLB programme. The questions booklet was divided into 2 categories, i.e. Category I and II. The first category had 77 questions while the second category had 23 questions. There were 11 topics in Category I and each of them contained 7 questions. AIBE Result 2017

The BCI will be announcing the result for AIBE 2017 around the 3rd week of June 2017. The AIBE X result will be available online and the candidates will be able to access the same from this page. The candidates are required to enter their registration ID and password to check their AIBE result. The candidates must score 40 marks in the test in order to qualify in the test. Only the candidates scoring 40 or above marks will be issued the Certificate of Practice. The advocates receiving this certificate will be able to practice their legal profession in the country.
