BLAT 2017 Successfully Conducted on May 17BLAT 2017 – BHU Law Admission Test (BLAT) has been successfully conducted on May 17, 2017. The exam was held from 4 pm to 6 pm in various cities across India including Allahabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow and Varanasi. The exam was held in offline mode. BLAT result is expected to be announced in 1st-2nd Week of June, 2017. On the basis of BLAT result, the students will be selected for BA LLB programme of the University. The University offers a total of 60 seats in BA LLB programme.

BLAT is one of the most popular law entrance exams in India. It is conducted by Banaras Hindu University (BHU) for admission to BA LLB programmes. BLAT 2017 question paper comprised of 4 sections – General Awareness & Current Affairs, Common Legal Knowledge, Aptitude & Mental Ability, and Language Comprehension. The total number of questions in the paper were 120 and the duration of the exam was 120 minutes.

The Provisional Answer Key of BLAT 2017 is likely to be released within the next 4-5 days. The students will soon be able to access it online. With the help of BLAT 2017 Answer Key, the students can calculate their expected score and also raise objections (if any). Therefore, it’s important for the candidates to check the Answer Key carefully.

BLAT result to be announced in June

BLAT result 2017 is expected to be announced in the second week of June. The candidates will be able to check the result online. BLAT 2017 result will also be sent to the candidates through email and on their registered mobile number. The result will include the marks obtained by the candidate in the test, his/ her overall merit, and merit within the category to which he/ she belongs. On the basis of BLAT score, the candidates will be shortlisted for the computerized counselling procedure. Only the students who meet the required cutoff scores will be shortlisted for the counselling rounds. The counselling will involve document verification and seat allottment. On the basis of merit list and after document verification, the seats will be allotted to the candidates.
