CLAT Result 2018 – NUALS Kochi will be announcing the CLAT 2018 result online. To download CLAT result 2018, test takers are required to log in by entering their registered email ID and password. It is expected that the result of CLAT will be released on May 31, 2018. The CLAT scorecard will be providing candidate’s details, marks scored, all India rank, category rank, etc. Based on CLAT result 2018, a merit list will be prepared to shortlist candidates for counselling rounds of the participating NLUs. There are 19 NLUs in total offering admission to their 2372 LLB seats. Note: On accessing the CLAT scorecard, candidates must download it and take a printout of the same. The CLAT score card is an important document and it must be kept safe until the conclusion of the admission rounds of the NLUs and other participating law schools.

After the announcement of CLAT result 2018, the various NLUs and other law schools will be releasing the cutoff scores. Only the test takers obtaining the minimum CLAT cutoff scores will be shortlisted for the counselling rounds. These cutoff scores of CLAT will be prepared on various factors such as the total number of seats, a difficulty level of test and the total number of test takers. After the announcement of the result, the various NLUs will release the list of provisionally selected candidate. This shortlist will be prepared on the basis of candidate’s rank secure in CLAT 2018 and NLU preference provided in the application form. There will be a total of four CLAT counselling rounds and for each round, a list of provisionally shortlisted candidates will be released. The shortlisted students are required to pay the online counselling fee and select the Lock or Upward Shifting option. Candidates can also withdraw their names from the admission process. To complete the admission process, candidates are required to visit the allotted NLUs and submit the remaining fee amount and produce the required documents.
Note: Only after the completion of all the counselling steps, candidates will be allotted seats.
