JMI BA LLB 2018 is an offline test scheduled to be held in the third week of May in seven cities across the nation. In order to appear for the exam, aspirants are required to confirm whether they qualify the JMI BA LLB eligibility criteria 2018. JMI BA LLB eligibility criteria 2018

Candidates are required to fulfill the following JMI BA LLB eligibility criteria 2018 to qualify for admission procedure of JMI BA LLB 2018:

  • Percentage requirements: Candidates need to pass 12th Board examination (under 10+2 scheme) with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised Board to become eligible for the test.

  • Results awaited: Candidates awaiting the declaration of results for the qualifying examinations are eligible to apply. In case they are unable to submit the requisite certificates by the third week of September 2018, candidates will be obliged to forfeit the seats.

  • Age limit: As per the rules specified by the Bar Council of India to fulfill the eligibility conditions, the age limit for candidates belonging to general category is 20 years while that for SC, ST and OBC candidates is 22 years. Age of candidates will be determined on the basis of an applicant’s age as on July 1, 2018.

Note: Canditates will be able to utilise reservation policy under one category only. Muslim OBC candidates belonging only to Non- Creamy Layer will be able to exact reservation conditions. Such applicants should submit OBC (Central Government List) certificate obtained from competent authority.

About JMI BA LLB 2018

Jamia Millia Islamia University conducts JMI BA LLB to grant eligible candidates admission to five years integrated BA LLB course in the university. The entrance test will be conducted in the offline mode in seven cities in India. Admissions to the course will be granted to candidates on the basis of merit. Application forms as well as admit cards for JMI BA LLB 2018 will be available online. Candidates will be notified regarding the availability of admit cards through SMS on their registered mobile number provided during the time of registration.
