The exam pattern for PU BA LLB 2017 will help the candidates to prepare according to the sections and distribution of the questions. The test is expected to be held in the last week of April 2017 in an offline mode. The test will have 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and the duration of the time is 90 minutes i.e. 1 hour 30 minutes. About PU BA LLB Exam Pattern 2017

The entrance test for PU BA/B.Com LLB admission will be held in an offline mode across various centres of Chandigarh. The test will challenge the candidate’s knowledge on Legal and General Awareness. The candidates will provided 1 hour 30 minutes to complete 100 MCQs and these questions will based 4 sections, which are –

  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs
  • Aptitude of Law
  • Mental Ability
  • English Language

Except for the English Language section, the questions will be available in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

To complete the questions, the candidates will be allotted 1 hour 30 minutes i.e. 90 minutes in total.

Marking Scheme

There will be 100 MCQs in total and the questions will carry 1 mark each i.e. the total marks will be 100. For every wrong answer, ¼th mark shall be deducted. The candidates must make sure that they answer in the OMR sheet only and not on any piece of paper.

Important Points to remember

Some important points that an aspirants must remember regarding the PU BA LLB exam pattern are given below –

  • The test will be held only in an offline mode.
  • 1 hour 30 minutes will be provided to complete the test and no extra time will be provided.
  • There will be 100 questions based on 4 different topics.
  • For each correct answer, the candidates will be awarded 1 marks each.
  • For every wrong answer, 25% of the total marks of the question will be deducted.
