NEET PG 2018 – About the exam

National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts NEET PG for admission to MD/MS courses. NEET PG 2018 is to be held on January 07, 2018, in a single session. The application form of NEET PG will be available in October 2017. All the candidates willing to apply for NEET PG 2018 must have MBBS degree and should have completed one-year rotatory internship before March 31, 2018. NEET PG result will be announced by January 31, 2018. This year, no equating method will be used to calculate scores of a candidate. Based on the scores, NEET PG merit list 2018 will be published. From all government colleges of India, 50% seats are reserved for All India Quota seats by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). While the remaining 50% state quota seats will be filled through common centralised counselling by designated admission committee. Through NEET PG, around 35,000 MD/MS seats are offered in all government as well as private/deemed medical and dental colleges of India.
